If this wasn’t my first order, my last was probably ten years ago. Order showed up Friday missing an item but duplicates of something else. Had to wait until noon to call due to AZ time difference. I was talked to like I was a seven year old. The customer service treated me like I had never ordered anything online before. And their shipping charges were high. They won’t be getting another order from me.

That's weird. I've been shopping from them for at least 10 years and I've always had really good luck with my orders. I usually shop when they do the free shipping coupons.

that stinks! both that you weren't satisfied with your order and that you were treated badly. i would be sure to let them know why you won't be a returning customer!
i never order from them because i live in AZ and would therefore have to pay sales tax on top of everything else.

I like them. I have had only good experiences with them. I don’t like paying a lot for shipping so I typically take advantage of free shipping offers.

I've always emailed them with order discrepancies and they've always rectified it quickly. Maybe someone was having a bad day there? I hope they fix it for you!

I look but never buy from them because their shipping is astronomical. I go to eBay or Amazon for the same identical item with a slightly higher price, but free shipping. I pay tax at all sites, so I buy where my final price is the lowest. Scrapbook.com always runs about 20% higher in the end.

Oh, that sucks! I've never had a problem with my orders from them, and forgive them the shipping charges because they do get the orders out quickly and usually send them priority (unlike some veeeerrry slow competitors who take a week just to get the stuff into a box). But no one likes to be talked down to. I don't blame you for not wanting to shop there again.

Sorry that happened to you. In the 15 plus years I’ve been ordering from them there have only been 2 issues and both times they fixed the problem immediately. I’ve only ever dealt with them by email and they’ve always been great. Maybe you could try emailing them and tell them you had a bad experience.

I use them frequently and I've never had a problem but I won't buy unless shipping is free. I always google for coupons.

That’s a shame hope you can get it sorted. I’ve never had an issue though probably haven’t shopped there in 2-3 years. For international shipping they’re actually pretty reasonable.

Sorry that happened. Are they going to fix it? If not email them and maybe a different person will be more responsive. I order from them and don't consider them good or bad. I get what I order, at least so far.
I am waiting for another free shipping coupon though because I have albums in my cart and shipping is as much as an album.

I have shopped with them quite a bit. They might have an item in stock that I can't find anywhere else. I usually will take advantage of their sales and free shipping minimum. I had a problem with my last order missing one item. I contacted customer service by email and it was put right immediately. I'm sorry to hear that your experience was so different. I think you should reach out to them by email and let them know.

They adjusted part of the problem but basically blamed me for the problem. I was treated like I must have been confused and inexperienced ordering from companies online...duh. Hardly anything comes into my house that hasn’t been ordered online. Whoever was on the phone in their customer service must spend a lot of time with seven year olds as that was how she came across. Amazon and EBay had the same products. I had been very surprised once the shipping charges came up but thought...what the heck, and just placed the order. It is a one and done for me as basically, I can find things other places. I told the woman I was not happy and doubted I would order from them again and she had a cheery pat answer and reminded me how she had fixed my problem.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. I haven't found their shipping to be any worse than other scrappy places. I normally find the smaller items I order, it is actually cheaper. Until I put 12x12 paper in my cart. Then it jumps. I just ordered something on Thursday and it was in my hands on Saturday. I do like that about them.

I've only ordered once from them and didn't have a problem, but the shipping took forever. Probably due to the holidays, I ordered in December. It took almost 2 weeks to get to me and I live in MI which isn't close, but still, I would have preferred for it to be her in a week. I love ordering from ACOT even if I do have to pay tax here in MI. Shipping is fast. Only thing is, I notice ACOT does not always have everthing I want and some lines they simply don't carry. I don't order much, I depend on my kit clubs for everything I need and it usually is enough.

Too bad you had a disappointing experience. Like others, I have always had top-notch service, quality and shipping from them. Maybe you just had a new customer service person that wasn't very well trained. I would give it another shot if I were you, as their prices are always good and shipping is usually fast.

I'm sorry this happened to you. I order from them very seldom, usually only when I can't get it anywhere else. My go to online shopping resource is Scrapbook Generation - they are an online store AND a brick and mortar store and they offer impeccable service. It's a family of four ladies and you get such a good vibe off of them - they care and you matter. They have a rewards program so you can earn money to spend later on products or towards shipping, and you can get free shipping at certain levels, or by using their "bank it" system, which I love for grabbing that one off item that you know you'll need later...
