Can I also ask here, I swear I saw in passing someone saying KP's CS was really poor lately or something happened? Can someone fill me in super quick, like the Cliff Notes version? I want to see if I still want to order from her maybe or ? There's an entire thread but basically they are slow to respond to anything, if at all.

I wonder why Ali didn't bring over the journal cards from last year that didn't sell and have them available to go in peoples boxes? She brought everything but the cards.

Everything is still in stock....so if you aren't getting a confirmation email, you should be able to go back and order (if you want to mess with it again). I went back in and ordered the main kit and album again. It’s showing up in my orders this time and as a pending transaction on my online banking. Hopefully I don’t end up with two!

I don't think the first orders are going through. Mine didn't show up on my orders on my account. I took a screenshot in case Inked tries any monkey business in charging me twice. Also the chat queue is 65 people long. I am such a loser for getting sucked into this again!!!

I was able to chat with CS and Leia said my order was still processing and if I got charged a second shipping charge on additional order that they would remove it.

That was surprisingly super painless. Got everything I wanted and got instant confirmation email all in before 7:10. I feel like I didn’t buy as much as I did in years past. Main kit, gray album, big rubber pieces. Torn between jasmine’s cards and liz’s mini. I always regret not getting them, but then I have so so much already. I have the phrase stamps (which by the way are the same, just a different font), stickers, stars all from years past.

For the love...my DD order of a whopping $25 went through just fine. I also attempted to order an album and page protectors from the regular part of the shop...bad gateway.

Ordered the PP mini kit, acrylic “peace” word and the 3x8/2x2 journal card set. Checked out 123 and got my confirmation emails. I looked and looked too. Much easier this year and did it all on my phone too.
Deciding on the rubber words but so afraid of how long the rubber will actually last in in my album or if they will ruin it. I wish they came in wood veneer.

There's an entire thread but basically they are slow to respond to anything, if at all. impearia Not to mention her/her team deleting comments from IG and making rude comments on top of that. I have to say that none of the sneaks of KP interest me yet. That orange is a bit odd. She's also a turn-off for me with her recent shenanigans. I just don't feel wowed by anything this year. I sat down late last night and started putzing around for the first time since I moved a month ago. I like the shape inserts of Ali's but no way am I shelling out $7.99. In 20 minutes I cut super simple shapes that will fit in a 6x8 album. And... julie5 and sleepingbooty are right too - it's sooooo easy to recreate PL cards in PSE or even the PL app. I went to bed feeling good about having an awesome Christmas stash from past AE kits (and others) and various collections. I bought Liz's mini kit and that's it. Here are my super simple shapes.

The fabric stars are sold out. I think that's the first item to go.

Dang, I cannot decide what I want to purchase. I bought the red album, page protectors, fabric stars, and the 2x2 die cuts. I am leaning towards just picking up a set of cards and calling it good...

I'm still waiting for my order to process, but I'm waiting as I confirmed with my dad who works with CC processers a lot that it can take a lot of time to deal with them depending on the site.
Lots of others with this issue. Immediately placed 2nd orders for the same stuff. Can't wait to see how that is handled.

Ordered my "Must-haves" got the screen that says "we got your order..." but no confirmation number...and when I went to order something else it's trying to charge me the $5 shipping again...as if my first order didn't go through... This seems to be the big issue this year, according to the million people on the FB page. Some people are placing their orders again and finding out they both went through.

Crap like this is ridiculous. Kinda makes me giggle though - Ali was so adamant that customer service wouldn't be able to help people if the customer messed up ordering. She should have known it would be her end of things that got it all messed up.

Has anyone used AE rubber pieces in their album with no problem?
If so, what are you doing? Attaching with stapler only?

Got the red album, 6 sets of the white number stickers on sale, and the gold & silver label stickers on sale (which are now sold out).
I like some of the cards in the Jasmine Jones set, but I hate that yellow. Thinking about risking them selling out before they go on sale.
The KP set from years ago is $5, along with the "Happy Holla Days" one - that is what AE reduced the number of mini kits. If I didn't already buy 2 or 3 of the KP sets (most of it works for non DD uses), I'd buy another one.

The big rubber pieces already felt somewhat sticky on the back - they certainly stuck together when placed back to back. I live in hot, humid FL, so that may be a factor. I am collecting AE items I won't use, and then I think I will try to sell one or two lot sets of it. Those rubber items are in my "to be sold" pile!

I had a second chat because it had been over half an hour--they were able to give me a screen shot of my confirmed order with a confirmation number. Still going to be nervous until it shows up on my account (at least I didn't order the fabric stars that have sold out. Will be interesting to see how this all plays out--it was specifically stated that orders would not be changed if unnecessary multiples were ordered...

super easy, I got everything I wanted...I would have picked up some of the deeply discounted stuff that was sold out, but I am also OK without it.

I am not loving kps sneaks at all. I'm just not into the bright modern vibe.

You're welcome! If you want to use them, I'd suggest using them on something like a card or a home decor piece - nothing that could ruin a scrapbook or photo.

One hour in and only one item sold out. I wonder if that's making them super nervous!
