Well, I am a terrible team player. I have waited until the last minute AND I have not made a single comment! So so sorry. I will come back later tonight and add my points, which, I am sorry to say won't add up to much. This is inspired by lesson 7 in May Flaum's Tried and True LOs that work class. woodysbetty what a great page! I love the monochromatic thing going on but the pop of red is awesome too! I really like the giant title and fun borders christinec68 what a sweet photo love the awesome old pink paislee alpha, black background, fun cluster at the bottom, the paper strips, everything! grammadee you’ve been very busy with cards this month! I really like the watercolor background of the thanks card, coupled with the torn and inked edge; so very pretty! The sympathy card is beautiful and just perfect for the occasion, so to speak. Linda you’ve just been a scrapping fool again this month! I admire your tenacity in finishing up these unexpected photos. I think I’ve said this before, but I think you do a lot with very little in terms of product and your photos are really the stars of your pages Chinagirl828 another lovely page from you. I really like the contrast of the ledger paper with the watercolor and the colors are just gorgeous! kitbop I love your high school page! Not overly theme-y, just enough and the kraft cs tones down the brightness of all those primary colors. I’m sure you’ll have a chance in the future to finish all the challenges sleepingbooty I’m glad you posted, I really enjoy your work! My favorite is the page with the cat because…cats. But they’re all beautiful but in French! JaneB so glad your new ramp is a winner! I really like the pops of red and very understated garden-y embellishments. craftykitten you are just an inspiration, girl! After the crappy month you’ve had, you still did a lot of crafting and I’m so glad you’re here with us leaving you love in the gallery! DawnMcD left you love in the gallery and will be leaving more! KelleeM ooh I love all the texture in your home sweet home page! The colors are gorgeous too! cristelina so glad to see another rectangle scrapper in the bunch! And I’m very glad you’ve posted your pages for us to ooh and ahh over I really love all the mixed media on the girls just want to have fun page; lots of great texture going on! The easter page is simple but stunning! Love that fabulous background that reminds me of stained glass and the xoxo paper, which is an interesting choice, but so totally works! Also love the very understated embellishment. The made you look page is another stunner; my favorite part is the flowers and fun colors! Love the mix of patterns on #yum and the stack of teacups is adorable. Really love that bold black and white stripe! I’m glad you’ve signed up for September! gramma you went out with a bang this month! I think your swingin spread is my favorite from you this month; I really like the fun, happy feel and gorgeous colors. MDscrapaholic your last page for the month is another stunner too! I really love that you didn’t shy away from the pinks, even with the 2 men in the photo I really love the pop of blue; unexpected but totally perfect. The inking against the soft floral has great contrast. Love it all! LisaDV I’ll be leaving love in the gallery!

Goodness kiwigirl for not liking this collection you rocked the hell out of it! Love all the florals on the shine page; the nuvo border matches perfectly with the woodgrain paper and adds the perfect touch of sparkle. I really like the Maggie holmes goodies you added too! Mr. wonderful is simple perfection! I love when you do 9x12 I like the little bow sandwiched between the inflated hearts, so cute! Always be awesome is my favorite; love those photos! I really love that you used the same paper in both 12x12 and 6x6 the frame, the nuvos on the parentheses, the washi, the nuvo border…just love it all! Oh and how you highlighted the ME in awesome is another of my favorite details. Geek factor is gorgeous too! All that amazing texture love how you used the washi and crepe paper, the raggedy notebook edge…wish I had a tenth of your creativity! Definitely checking out the blog post!!

kiwigirl I love your pages. I was so bummed when you told us weren’t fond of the paper pad. That’s what I preordered along with the embellies. At some point I may get the other patterns, I don’t like that so many patterns aren’t in the pad. Love love your pages and I bookmarked your blog for inspiration 💕

kiwigirl - beautiful work, as stinkerbelle said, for it not being your favourite you knocked it out of the ballpark! Maybe it's just a) busy-er and b) more muted than the doodlebug you had last month, and you got fond of that doodlebug? I think they are stunning. Geek-factor is absolutely my fave.

DawnMcD - your cards are fab, especially like the sneakers - great for teens, love the 2 tone splatters and circle/tag combo. Love the shapes/colours/twine on the birthday card too. Your birthday layout is awesome with colours and shapes, really enjoyed it. And really really stunning interpretation of that stash! I'm *beginning* to feel a bit like Christmas myself... KelleeM - beautiful layout and colours gramma - I love your photo use and boyish colours cristelina - all are perfect, mixed media on the one is amazing, all showcase your colour work, layters and clusters! linda - love your dragonflies, and that "POP" of the canoeing title on the green/grey colours. Also CONGRATULATIONS on finishing the 2007 album! KikiPea - beautiful frame! I've done a couple, they always get damanged (and dusty LOL!) lisa - AMAZING - it feels like the 3 photo side is a giant cluster and your spacing and embellies are perfect. Love all the pp layers.

kiwigirl I LOVE how those colours pop against the black background! Also love that stepped up (or stepped down) matting design. Gorgeous photo of you, too. Here is my second page for the month. I will calculate the points and edit them in below. A few years ago, I had done a shadow box for a photo of MY mom and dad's wedding photo. One of my nieces had collected a ton of family photos and added them to a DVD for us. I just located the photo of dh's mom & dad when I was doing the basement sort this past spring. And since I had a shadow box of my parents' wedding and of ours, I decided to put one together for my in laws as well. As in our photo, I simply snapped a pic of the photo through the frame glass with my iPhone, and that is what I printed for this. wedding 1944 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr 17 Points: One page created and shared (2), and 15 points for these challenges: #2 for the butterflies, #6 for square page and #7 for rectangular photo, #8 for the tag, #9 for the border stickers, #11 for my family, #13 for the stamped date on the tag, #14 for the lace/velvet ribbon, #22 I am claiming the bonus for my 5 flowers, #29 for diecutting the one butterfly, #33 b/c there are two people, #34 for the torn edges, #36 for the inking, and #43 b/c it's one photo. It looks really cool like this!

I wish the photo wasn't so blurry. The layered background on this one was inspired by justjac 's Lovely Day layout from last month. Challenges: #6 square, #7 rectangle, #9 border, # 14 trendy (mini punch strip), #19 nuvos, #20 mixed media (gelatos, watercolors, acrylics), #23 alphas (repeated letter I to form track), #26 glitter (glitter paint on the gems), #32 scraps, #33, together, #34 torn edges, #35 kraft, #37 dimensional (rhinestones), #43 single not 4x6. DH is in this one. DD15 loved it! DH just rolled his eyes at it. Challenges: #6 square, #7 rectangle, #43 single not 4x6 Challenges #6 square, #7 rectangle, #9 border, #14 trendy (chalked edges), #19 nuvos, #21 wood and metal (does wood grain paper count? the metal are brads on the wheel), #33 together, #34 torn edge They are all very nice, but I love the first one with the 9 squares!
