Ok, let's get the sharing underway. Here's one I started for last month and didn't quite get finished. This one fits the stash challenge (scraps, something with words), rock the rectangles, chip off the old block, put a stamp on it (or 18!!), and school days. Since I scanned it I've also added some splatters for the splatter it challenge.

Chinagirl828, super cute layout. I love the pinkish/coral colors under the photo with the blues of the title work. That stay curious banner is awesome. My first Flat Stanley experience was a Flat Stanley project that I did for my niece and then for my nephew when they were in grade school. The class read the book and then sent out cut out colored flat Stanley's to someone who lived away from their area. The recipient then took Stanley with them on a couple of their area's attractions and took a photo and wrote a letter back. I did eventual get to read the book and then read it to my children.

I did that for a friend. I took Flat Stanley on my commuter train, the empire state building and a few other fun spots. For niece I was in CO, but nephew I was in Chicago. I did the Sears tower, the "L", and hit many of the touristy spots. It was a lot of fun.

I took Flat Stanley to work with me for my dgd, and my adult students set up all kinds of adventures for him. And they talked about him as if he were a real person, and if I left him behind in a classroom they would bring him to me and tell me I had to "look after your kid".
I used their photos to make a little story book and emailed it to my dgd. I was afraid it would be pretty boring, but she told me it was the most exciting report in her class!

Oh, then it will probably amuse you to know I lost one of those letters while I was struggling with getting the rest of them into place. I finally found the missing letter … stuck on my fingernail.

Way to go crystalb, love those strips and the hearts and stars. I reckon you've met the Donna equation challenge there with the hearts, stars and something yellow (papers) so there's another point

Let's see if I get this right... Challenges met: #3 - three photos plus circle charm; #6 - 2 square photos; #7 - one rectangle photo plus the tickets; #8 - a tag; #9 - scalloped border; #17 - home well, garden anyway, which is having a makeover soon; #23 - alphas/fonts, had these over 10 years; #37 - plane raised on virtual foam dots!; #43 - items other than 4 x 6 photo. I also used the August Sketch - one page of it, resized. Total of 14 points, I think Your school page is great Chinagirl828 , but who is Flat Stanley? Was he steamrollered? crystalb I love the bright colours too, and the little filmstrip

Whoo hoooo! JaneB ! You’re on the board! And off to a great start. Did you get the point for Christmas, too? You are on a scrappy roll AGAIN, Linda ! Look at those torn edges! Those early morning sky photos are lovely on their own, but really make the point about how early she had to be on the road. And I LOVE that little atom on that page!

Linda , I like all of your pages! But I really love the sunrise photos on the pink/purple layout. They just pop against it and on the bottom 2 layouts I love the colors, the torn edges, the designs, and on the last one that atom molecule makes my science brain and heart go pitter-patter.

Thank you all for the kind comments. It's funny that you all liked the purple on the Journey Workshop layout - DD11 hates it. She is SO not a pink/purple/girly sort.

linda is that you in the photos too? Great to "see" you if it is And I like the purple too, picking up colour from the photos. That energy symbol is so good! grammadee, that's not Christmas with the lights, that was 31st July, the other night, when Ian had put up a few more lights
