I have had my 3rd external hard drive go on the fritz within the past 3 years. Seriously pissed off.
What is your favorite online photo storage website? And can you save RAW files as well as photoshop files to it?
Thanks.

And can you save RAW files as well as photoshop files to it? Thanks. Oh that's crappy! That's one of my worries so when I bought my last laptop best buy set me up with one but I honestly couldn't tell you much about it. I really need to go and get it explained to me. Sorry not much help I'd be interested to see what others suggest. I also want them to set up a external hard drive because I think it's good to have several types of backups even though they told me it isn't necessary.

I'm using a mix of Shutterfly, Google photos/drive, and Amazon prime in addition to my external hard drive. Not ideal. I don't save in RAW or have Photoshop though. I'm actually waiting for Google One to roll out to consolidate and move everything over. Based on everything I am reading about it, it will meet my photo storage needs at a reasonable cost.

What is different about Google One? I think I already have it as I have a paid Google drive account and remember getting an email. Just not sure on the difference. I use Google photos for cloud storage.

Any current subscribers will be switched over automatically when it rolls out. one.google.com/getupdates

I use Google Photos, Amazon, Apple iCloud and an external hard drive. I guess I'm a little paranoid about losing them . I don't know about RAW or PS files though, sorry.

I use Backblaze (paid subscription) and Flickr and Google Photos (both free). I am not sure about RAW on any of them, though.

To those using cloud storage with the auto backup sites, be careful. I lost a bunch of files for who knows what reason but I didn't know I lost them right away. Some were music files I got from crowdfunding so no way of getting those back. Anyway, because I didn't realize they were gone, and 30 days had gone by, they were deleted from my cloud storage (I use carbonite AND backblaze but both delete files after 30 days if they disappear from your hard drive).

As we speak I'm uploading photos to Amazon Photo for the first time. Fingers crossed that it works! My charger port is bad on my phone so I have no way of hooking my phone to my computer to download photos. I've been trying to figure out how and where to store them and I already have Amazon Prime with unlimited storage so it seemed like the way to go.
