Tracie’s catchphrase: I want to be TOTALLY transparent!! Maybe they could get Donna Downey. Now...that totally made me spit my tea out! hahahahahahahahaha

Given I view cruises as claustrophobic floating prisons, IMHO adding "so there" & the donation whisperer would be pure torture! ITA!!!!! my idea of a holiday is to go somewhere where there is no one else be silent ,preferably in nature and not have to talk to anyone.....( introvert) I can imagine hell has cruise ships.......😵😵😵

If someone has no time for drama they should stop creating it. Yeah, one would think. I think she knows exactly what she's doing. Because we just wouldn't be talking about her otherwise. Am I right?

People with purpose, goals and vision have no time for drama Oh I have plenty of time for drama, especially other people's! I do prefer when it's not my own, hahaha!

When I thought I might be dragged on a cruise I started interviewing people to find out about quiet places you can hide on the ship, like the library and the sauna. Floating prison would be my take too.

Yep. And we all know she reads here. Amazing how her ‘random’ IG quotes dovetail with discussions from here.

I was just noticing that there are no pictures of Stacy and Tracie together on their storyteller cruise happening now. There has been no mention or support for Stacy’s podcast on The Scrap Gals. I’m sure it’s viewed as competition by Tracie. The only mention of the cruise on TSG has been Tracie complaining about how stressful it is to prepare to teach her classes.

Do you think they are even together or is there basically like 2 teachers and they are not interacting?

Kind of weird that Tracie is even on this cruise since she no longer scrapbooks and hasn't for a while--at least I thought she had stated such.

Yes she has said several times in recent shows that she’s done making 12x12 layouts except for her classes. It seems that every time she says it, she expects everyone to gasp out loud and be shocked, like she’s aching to shock listeners into begging her to please keep making big pages. It’s very odd.

And yet she yelled at Tiffany on a podcast when she asked Tiffany if she could ever see herself giving up scrapbooking when Tiffany said yes, she could see herself not scrapbooking (but added that she would still do creative things). TC basically said that to her scrapbooking was a part of her life, not just a hobby. So much for that.
It isn't hard to imagine that she would not want to scrapbook anymore, really considering how she is failing at using it as an in to easy living/quick money.

First the most important. @bdhardy has won Gif Award of the week from me! I am eating popcorn and just put a piece of popcorn in my mouth right when I scrolled down to her Gif, ROFL! Timing is everything. I rather take a cruise with Jaws than this cruise. Didn't Stacy get rid of her elderly dogs because they didn't fit her new home? Is she the one? All I can keep thinking about is TC's last cruise where she taught that art journal class by reading a piece of paper she downloaded from the Internet, ROFL! eggypay Your Donna Downey comment was priceless, lol. I laughed so hard.

A big ole Nope no way from me. My memory isn’t so bad I forget the whole Tracie Claiborne drama. I’d rather spend that kind of money at my LSS

My only class from Stacy years ago was dull. As far as scrap cruises...or other types such as quilting cruises...I researched a number of them and found you were paying a whole lot of extra money. The price was covering the cost of cabins for all the instructors plus a percentage to the company organizing it. I have been on 15 cruises so know what questions to ask and where to look for the real prices. Best example...I got real excited about a 7 day Tim Holtz cruise to Alaska. So, the cheapest price for it with an inside cabin was about $1600. The price for an inside cabin for that ship on the same dates was $476. It would have been fun but not that much fun.

Didn't Stacy get rid of her elderly dogs because they didn't fit her new home? Is she the one? That was Lisa Bearnson. I liked her before I read about that.

I guess not. How awful is that? Someone posted about it a while back. She said Lisa had posted it on her IG but took it down quickly after people got upset. Maybe another Pea has more info.

Taking one someday is on my bucket list. A regular one sounds more fun and clearly the way to go.

I am flying out on Monday for a four day work trip. I am taking some scrapbooks supplies with me because I usually can get a lot done in the evenings when I am not at home. I really can't see paying all of that money for a cruise and classes knowing that I was paying for someone else to teach for a couple of hours just to have their vacation paid for by me.

I'm out of the TC loop. So her and Jen Schow are done? No longer besties? What is she making now if not scrapbook pages? I see she started a Happy Planner Facebook group of her own. Is that what she's moved on to? What happened to her hand lettering business?

She has, in my opinion, far more talent and creative business acumen than Tracie. Tracie taught a hand lettering class on the cruise. It was a one hour bonus class. The page layout from her other class on the cruise was a ton of journaling in these tiny little rectangle boxes. I don’t see how cruisers could complete this project without a computer and printer. The title was Things That Make Me Happy. She spends so much time and energy telling the world how happy she is—it makes me wonder.

I always get Lisa & Stacy mixed together. No offense to either. A lot of these "stars" were so meshed together back in the day I get confused who did what or what they were famous for.
