1 - 16 oz pkg Pound Cake Mix 3 - eggs 2TB melted butter 4t pumpkin pie spice 1 - 8 oz softened cream cheese 1 - 14 oz Eagle Brand milk 1 - 16 oz can pumpkin 1/2t salt 1c chopped nuts (I use walnuts)
Combine cake mix, 1 egg, 2t spice and butter until crumbly. Press into greased 15 x 10 jelly roll pan.
In large bowl beat in Eagle milk, softened cream cheese, then remaining 2t spice, 2 eggs, pumpkin and salt. Mix well. Pour over crust, sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 30--35 min or until set at 350! Cool/cut Store in refrigerator

Oh my goodness. My mouth is watering. I have to add those to my list of pumpkin things to make. Don't know why pumpkin is mainly a fall/winter item.

I've been doing this instead of pie at Thanksgiving. It all goes very quickly.
