3 hours of scanning (Jan/Feb 2006) and putting layouts into albums (Oct-Dec 2007 and Jan/Feb 2006) That's about as scrappy as I'm getting today... With your busy day, I wouldn't have even gotten that far! So YAY you!

I bought some more digital kits this weekend as one of my favourite stores (GingerScraps) had a 50% off sale, so I spent a fair bit of time organising my digital kits. I also finished my master list which is on an Excel spreadsheet. I can search by designer or store or kit name. I also put a little snippet of each kit next to the name so I can see the colours at a glance. ETA: I've spent at least two hours this weekend on organising my kits and list. I did some kit organization yesterday too. I have a master list on excel as well. Mine is just the designer and the kit or item so that I don't buy the same kit more than once, which may or may not have happened more than once before me starting that spreadsheet . I'm tagging all of my kits for easier use in ACDSee. I keep my kits by designer and I'm still in the "A"s for tagging. So all my layouts lately are very heavily A designer items.

So I'm scanning the 2006 layouts (which I thought were complete) and I reach June and realise...I don't remember scrapping Easter or my middle child's (May) birthday...so I look at my digital photo files and sure enough, I'm missing layouts from April and May.
pausing the scanning to order photos...187 photos uploaded and ordered later....I'm claiming another point. I'll pick them up in an hour.

Alright, dinner is done over here. Finished the dishes. And I'm about to tackle my small stash scattered all over the place (temporary move this summer). I'm assuming this challenge is also for basic stash organisation. If not, please correct me! If so, let this count as my start time. I'll check back in when I'm finished for the night. Let the papers, embellishments and alpha gathering begin as McMafia plays in the background. #IWillSurvive
ETA: 20h50 right now (8:50PM for the US Peas)

I stopped at around 22h30. So, that's 1h40 of work on top of my previous 50min, making it... erm... 2h30 of work in total. 2 and a half points in total so far.

3h10 so far. Up to 3 points. Piano piano, my friends.

Good job, sleepingbooty! Sorry you were all alone here. That’s a lot of photos, Linda. I’m getting little bits of time in here and there. Luckily that has included getting my stencils into some better containers. They were in two boxes and piled on a shelf so when dd went to get one to use for painting on a t-shirt, she was toppled by the avalanche of stencils. I thought I should get it under control before someone was hurt.

LisaDV - it always seems to be a lot of photos, sigh But you will be through them in no time with the roll you're on! So that's a really good thing. It just seems like a lot to me as that amount of photos would keep me busy for a year or more with traditional layouts. But if I count digital in too, then it doesn't seem like that much. New day. We shall see how far life gets me. I have a goal by weeks end of getting to the boxes that are on the treadmill put away, which was the top of the desk stuff when I cleared the scrap room last month and the side of the new counter top that I've just been piling things on that I haven't had time to sort or put away.

And DS just posted all his phone photos this morning for what appears to be the past year of outings/trips....so at some point, I need to download those and get them sorted and printed. I think I do have all of 2018 printed up through last weekend so there's that - of course I'm barely into February as far as scrapping them....

I don't know how it's possible, but I spent 2 hours sorting scraps. I should just throw the whole lot of them in the recycle bin

got all my photos sorted by year and season into 2 iris extra large photo containers that hold 4x6 photos, each container holds 18 boxes. It took me about 10 hours total. I have also been sorting and purging supplies ( paper, inks, stamps, markers..) for my niece..have spent at least 6 hours sorting and packing stuff up and I'm not done. Thinking about surprising her with a cuttlebug and giving her a bunch of my dies to go with it...

msliz - that's a lot of scraps! woodysbetty - awesome work - that's a HUGE task! claimed another point last night for a bit of this and a bit of that which all added up to at least an hour....downloaded and sorted DS's photos by event/date, cleaned up my scrapbook desk, put away my purchases, downloaded and sorted some other photos, placed another (small) photo order...

I spent 2 hours sorting some photos for pages. I enclosed index cards and made lists so I could do a quick search. I also pulled out some pp and 12x12 sticker sheets that I possibly could use for them if I wanted. I discovered that I really need to sort my die cuts and 2 embellished areas on my counter. That’ll be my next organizing step. I also have 2 iris cases of pages to put away, I think I should do this before scrapping any older photos, because I may have scrapped some already but I really can’t remember 🙄

well done dasmith2I spent 4 hours today scanning layouts and (starting) to clean up my digital photos. I had hoped to make more progress in getting 2005 layouts scanned but I thought I was DONE scrapping that year but as I scanned layouts, I came across a handful of photos that hadn't yet been scrapped so had to stop and scrap them - which slowed down the progress on scanning. I've scanned Jan-Mar and am almost done with April - need to scrap another layout still.

i'm claiming 2 more points for a major clean up of my scrappy space. it's still not spotless, but i have enough stuff for a very large room and only a tiny space to put it in, so perfection isn't an option here glad to have it done, though; it was driving me crazy!

I have spent ALL day organising.
I scanned May-October 2005 layouts, I uploaded and ordered the missing photos from Nov-Dec 2005, sigh. This is the album that'll never end. I keep thinking it's finished and I keep finding more gaps. I've put May-September 2005 in albums.
I'm counting 6hrs of time - I've been at this on and off (mostly on) since 6am and it's nigh on 5 now..
Next project (while CVS prints my photos) is to sort the last two orders of photos into page protectors by layout ready to scrap.

another 2pts for me between last night and this morning - sorted the three orders of photos into page protectors by layout (and the page protectors into binders by album). Placed ANOTHER order last night for missing pictures from DS's album and am just waiting on some pics from DH in order to place one more today of missing ones from the family album, sigh.
Time to actually scrap now...

I spent several hours over the last 2 days winding embroidery floss on the cards and organizing them. Also went through several boxes that I took out of the craft room last month. I don’t remember the time this morning that’s why I have my spreadsheet.

claiming a pt for an hour+ of scanning the 2000 layouts. Finished Jan-Apr...and the first May page protector has 2 loose photos....sigh. Pausing the scanning to get them scrapped. They sure won't match the rest of the album style-wise though (I'm pretty sure these layouts were scrapped in 2002/3 - I know it was back when I still used scrapbook-safe gluesticks...because I've been re-adhering stuff all morning).

2 more hours of scanning (May and June - there were a LOT of May and June layouts in 2000) and putting Jan-June 2000 in an album. 2 more pts!

I spent three hours sorting and putting stuff away today. I can finally see the floor in my craft room! Not the whole counter surface yet, as I need to put away one more batch of papers...
I put 60 pages into albums. Sorted a ton of photos. Found and put away a bunch of small embellishments and tools.
Now if I had spent 3 hours crafting, I would have a lot more than 3 points, but I will take what I can! (Need to remember to add in the 3 when I total up the points for the 3 pages I finished last night and will post here later this evening)
