I tried a baked zucchini chip recipe (like potato chips) this weekend. It looked great but was a total bust. They came out soggy and I ended up tossing the whole thing. I love the idea of something crunchy that is good for me. Anyone have such a recipe? I am thinking I will need to deep fry them to get them to come out okay but that kinda defeats the purpose.

Pioneer Woman has an awesome Zucchini recipe.. the main thing is to make sure to dry out the Zucchini.. or it gets soggy... She shreds her Zucchini first then puts a crunchy topping on and then she fries or is it fry's (??) it up.

My husband uses a dehydrator to make me zucchini chips and they are delicious! He just tosses them with a bit if salt and garlic powder. I love them!
