Interesting sketch. Might be a good one to try with the no pp challenge. I have lots of group shots, for sure. I like your take on it, stinkerbelle. I think I will use a larger photo (5x7 at least) on my 12x12 page. |

I did it! I used Highline and I love it Thanks for the sketch stinkerbelle , I loved this one and may do it again! I think I copied you with the wood veneer chevrons up the top as well! They are actually straight IRL too, my photography is pants!  Taking 23 for this one, 1 for a LO, 1 for sharing, 5 for sketch + twist, #3, #4, #7, #9, #12, #15, #21 (TIPSY!!!!!! We sure were hahahahaha!), #22, #29, #31, #32, #33, #38, #42, #44 and Sept Stash Challenge - handwriting and pre-made title. It's actually a really thick acrylic title I had cut last year in the hopes of starting a business selling them but that didn't eventuate for one reason or another. |

grammadee I love your scattering of dots and stars and bits, I tried to keep mine all subtle like stinkerbelle's up the top but I kept adding more and more and I reckon I went too far! I love your background paper, it looks embossed and I love the colour. Did you 3 ladies in the front of the pic co-ordinate your clothing? stinkerbelle amazing, love the title and I love the acorns and the little truck is so cool! I adore the little banner with the word strips too, so cool!

The thing I love about these challenges and twists is that it gets me to try things that I wouldn't normally do. I probably wouldn't normally have chosen this sketch, and I wouldn't have chosen this photo if the twist hadn't been to use a group photo. I'm glad I was "forced" to do this! I have to admit stinkerbelle that my LO is pretty much a scraplift of yours.  I used the "A Boy's Life" kit by Kimeric Kreations.  |

AussieMeg - that turned out great! Love the stitched circle and the muted colours so that the photo shines! stinkerbelle - love that acorn paper and the little truck grammadee - that chevron paper is awesome! love the scattered embellishments -draws the eye right to that fabulous photo!

Here's mine.  LAYOUT SUMMERLAND by kirstendrew, on Flickr Chinagirl828, love the textured top/bottom borders, and (as always) your colour choices. linda- really like your clean matting and colours. AussieMeg - wow, the textures and stitching are amazing on this! It's gorgeous! stinkerbelle - That big date? excellent contrast with the background pp, really brings focus to the clusters/photo when you are using the busy papers (love those papers btw) grammadee - your diagonal line really draws my eye through the photo, and I love the use of numbers kiwigirl - astounding. I run out of words to tell you how much I love your layouts  |
