I have 2 cats already and these three little kittens from a local feral I'm trying to find homes for now. Our neighborhood has had a lot of these black and white spotted cats, some with tails and some without, running around for years. There is a local group that was given dedicated resources to spay/neuter 1000 feral cats in our county that will spay the mom when she is done nursing if we can catch her. She's mean! OMG! They are stealing my heart with their kitten cuteness. Yesterday I found a possible home for the sweetest one (loves to be held and sleep in your lap) and my whole family is begging to keep her! ugh. The almost all white one (claws barred laying on ground) has a home too. That just leaves the manx kitten to rehome.

I currently have two.
Angelique - Russian Blue aged 13. The only cat I've ever owned from a kitten. her grandmother Kiriana - was my first ever cat who I had for 13 years. She was my the cat version of "the love of my life", and when she died aged 16 from mammary cancer I was devastated. The breeder still owned a son of hers so they created one more litter to get a new kitten for me. I had no idea until I got a phone call when she was 4 months old to say Kiri's granddaughter was waiting for me. She's a very placid and gentle girl.
and Emmeline, Devon Rex who we think is around 7yo. I'm at least her 3rd owner and she used to belong to a backyard breeder. They kept her in a cage and made her have kittens and got rid of her when she didn't get pregnant again. I've had her for two years, and she was VERY overweight when she came to me, she's lost 1kg so far but she is still completely food obsessed. She's a sweet girl and such a clown.
Here she is doing her very best "draw me like one of your French girls" poses:
they adore each other and are always together. here they are making a heart
*ETA: the reason I post their breed is because whenever I show photos or post online the first question is always "what breed are they?"...so it's just for information only and not because I am a breed snob. I never thought I'd get a Devon...I always thought they were kind of weird looking (well, they are) but you can't help who you fall in love with...lol. I saw that little face and knew she was meant to be mine.

They are all SO adorable!!!!!!! I was raised in a dog family (German Shepards, an Afghan Hound that was THE coolest pet ever.....). I had a Shih Tzu and a houseful of various pets for DD and then she began adopting cats...... She has 3 cats currently (2 orange, fat, adorable, needy 13 year old brothers & 1 brown/gray/white 15 year old female that lost her brother when he was barely 2. She never got over that....) DH and I adopted a tortie cat who is very quirky. She's now 9. We adopted a baby black boy kitten a year later. He needed a home. My niece found him with his brother by a tire of a car on a main road on LI. They were only about 4 weeks old. She kept 1 and we got the other. His name is Felix and he brings us all such joy & hijinx every single day!! He can open doors. He can seriously say a few words ('hello' is his FAVORITE--he says that as if it'll buy him a ticket to anything he wants! He can also say 'out' to go out. He's a weird baby!!!) I'll try to pull up some pics.........

These are my cats Splotch and Blake, getting high on catnip together in the sun. This is the only time they tolerate each other, otherwise they despise each other . Because of their coloring I call Splotch my little S’more and Blake my little Oreo.

I miss having a kitty so much!
This is Mr Kitty, he belonged to our neighbours in Ireland but spent most of his time with us. He adopted us shortly after we moved into our apartment and my husband who isn't a cat person absolutely adored him. He passed away recently

I love seeing all the pictures of the sweet kitties, I am sorry for all you that have lost your kitten loves. The hurt never goes away, does it? I love all fuzzie faces, but it was until I was an adult that I had cats, I had always had dogs prior to becoming a crazy cat lady.

View AttachmentThis is Selina Kyle, which is the real name of Catwoman. She’s a 3 year old Siamese. Actually I think she’s a ninja the way whe runs around the house getting into everything. She is wearing a black mask after all. She was a show cat in the alter (spay/neuter) class for a while and a regional winner. Now she’s retired and happily sitting on my lap as I type this. Her type is amazing! So beautiful. Not surprised she was an RW at all!!!

This is Asha (previously known as Kiwi before she re homed with us). She is about 7 or 8 years old. When I was ill earlier in the year she stayed on the bed with me and was so loving. Then I recovered and am now back to being the minion that she shouts at all the time. She has the nick name of Myrtle as in moaning Myrtle from Harry Potter. I always had both a dog and a cat but can no longer do walking etc for a dog so Madam is our only pet now.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BeZYXj-jkLq And this is Jo Buttons, so named because of her one white button. She is Pippin’s biological mom and the smartest cat I have ever met. She is very sweet and her fur kind of glows, he tell her she is shiny, she is a total love. All the cars were strays except for Walter who was the offspring of a stray my mom adopted, so I have loved him from the day he was born. Jo Buttons brought her 5 kittens to our porch and we kept Pippin because she was so bonded to her, the other 4 went to a no kill shelter. Kit was abondonded at our vets at 3 weeks old and Boo was sleeping in our flower pot around Halloween when we adopted him. Yes, we are crazy cat people with 5 cats, but they are our fur children and we love them all so much. You’ve managed to outdo my “crazy cat lady-ness” with your 5 cats - Another reason to like you

This is our handsome BIG boy, Tiger. He's huge, close to 25 pounds. He's not just fat, he's tall and long and just overall a big boy. He's sweet and feisty and just overall the best kitty. He is attached to our ODS and has designated him as "his" human. TigerPatrick And this is our pretty Lola girl. She is quiet, but super curious about everything. She loves us, but not in an "in your face" way as Tiger. She and YDS are buddies. LolacutieWow, Tiger is a big dude! I’m curious, does his vet give you a hard time at all? My Pandora is about 11.5 (down from 12.5) and her vet still wants me to work on her weight

I’d be all over the Manx!

This is Tara. She loves to lay on the stairs, and soak up the morning sun. He sun was already gone when I took this picture, but she just woke up. She’s about 4 we think. I got her as a stray rescue, so we don’t know for sure how old she is. This is Cricket. She’s 19, and BF has had her since the day she was born. Something happened to her mama, so he rescued her and bottle fed her. I’ve only been around her for 3 years, but she’s the best. She’s been having some issues lately, so she is super spoiled. But her thyroid, liver and kidney blood test all came back fine for her age. She’s only 6 pounds, just a skinny little old lady 💕

My Pandora is about 11.5 (down from 12.5) and her vet still wants me to work on her weight Oh yes, definitely gives us a hard time. We've followed his guidelines, putting him on a diet and getting him to exercise more. But the problem is he doesn't eat a lot at all. We fill up their food dish in them morning and holds about 1 cup of food. They both eat from it and it lasts until the next morning. He doesn't like to move. He lays to eat, lays to drink, lays to play. We've tried getting him to to chase after things and that will work once or twice, but then lays down and won't play unless it gets close enough that he can reach it from where he is at. We've got things for him to climb on and he won't really do it. He's just a lazy soul.

Mine are in my profile pic. Mayhem on the left, and brother Mischief on the right. They rarely settle down this close to each other. Mayhem has not stopped purring in his 8 years of life, and Mischief likes to sing the songs of his people as soon as we go to bed.

Love seeing all your kitties! I've never posted a photo, so had to learn for this purpose...
Just adopted these 2 cuties, Whiskey & Tango 2 months ago. I have never owned 2 cats at the same time, so it has been a bit of a learning curve! They were rescued from a hoarding situation. Very sweet, love to play and eat!

Even though I’m one of your “dog peeps” lol I realized I can contribute to the cat photo thread. This is the cat that my daughter lived with at school (belonged to one of her roommates). They were eating dinner and the cat objected to the fact that the chicken wasn't in *her* bowl.

For the first time in over 50 years, I'm without a cat to love (interstate move, living in a rental, yada, yada, yada,) but hope to have another by the end of the year. This is my girl Zoey, who we lost 2 yrs ago today. She's the one in my avatar.
