You don't need to be part of a team to play along with CardTober. You don't need to worry about points; just relax and create one card per day. But if you want to add to the fun... If you are interested in signing up for the October Team Challenge, you can do that HERE. To play, you just need to sign up, and stinkerbelle will put you on a team. To earn points for your team, you just have to create something (a card is worth a point), and share it (that is also worth a point). Then there will be other challenges to meet that you may be able to use to increase your points on a project. I will be posing a challenge to create cards using the CardTober challenges, so there will be bonuses to be earned there. You can also set challenges that will make the month interesting for others, but also may increase your own team's points. (for example, if you stamp on every card, then set a challenge to STAMP IT). Then that's one extra point for every one of your cards. New for October, stinkerbelle and msliz have set up an early challenge to Create and kill a kit. If you plan to play along with Card Tober and you plan to make Christmas cards, then put together a kit of supplies to do that, and then stay tuned.

Questions: Can I still do yesterday's card challenge, or did it have to be done on that day? Also, does the card have to be posted the same day as the challenge?

So.. we get a point ( if participating on the Oct. Scrapping challenge) for each card we make correct? So if I made 5 cards for the Cardtober #1 challenge, I count 5 points?
Also, if the card fulfills another challenge on the October challenges do I get an addition 1 point for that? For example I just completed 3 cards from a class I took (october challenge #10) & card challenge #9[window]) so , I think I would count those as: 3 +1?
Thank you.

For example I just completed 3 cards from a class I took (october challenge #10) & card challenge #9[window]) so , I think I would count those as: 3 +1? Thank you. You get to claim one point for each card you create, and if you share a pic of that card, you get a second point. Then you get one point for each of the 54 team challenges it meets. so so for your 3 cards: 3 for creating them. 3 for challenge #1 (Cardtober), 3 for challenge #10 (from a class). At a minimum, you claim 9 points. Did you share them? Add another 3. Do they meet any other challenges? For example #54 gives a point for stamping. And a different challenge gives a point for bling. Did you diecut anything? Round any corners? Anything that fits a challenge earns one more point for each card. If if you need help—or confirmation of your point calculations, maybe post you card in your team’s group chat, and I am sure there are some eagle eyes there that can identify any points you missed.
