I placed an order with them Sept 20th. No shipping notice and when I emailed them to ask, no response.
Has anyone else bought from them before?

I bought the Clarity stencil brushes from them when they first came out. They had the best prices but were out of stock when I ordered. IIRC, it took a fairly long time for the brushes to come back in stock (likely not Tupelo's fault - demand/supply issue) but I did finally receive them. I seem to remember communication was not one of their strengths.

Yes, they can be slow to ship. It took about 2 weeks with my first order and almost a week with my second order. I didn’t mind bc I had been forewarned about how slow moving they are. I never emailed them tho so can’t speak for their CS. My order was correct both times if that’s any consolation.

Yes, and I don't plan to again. Super ridiculously slow shipping, zero communication. Great prices and free shipping though.

I just looked up my last order. I placed the order on March 23rd. Two preorder items were on it but there was no eta on the website so I knew it wouldn't be shipped right away. Other sites were shipping these items so I knew that stores had them, but of course some could be out of stock (which I'd call a backorder rather than a preorder but that's neither here nor there). It finally shipped on May 1st. During that time I emailed on April 10th (asking for a date on the preorders), 13th, and 16th and got no reply, emailed again on the 17th and was told that my email was in the spam folder and yes, they had my order (I had asked when the preorder items were expected). I emailed again asking for more detailed info, then was told it would ship in "about 10 days". And they weren't kidding. It shipped 9 days later.
The slow shipping isn't even what bugged me. The lack of communication and the emails without any customer service vibe whatsoever are what bugged me.

I have not received anything. When I do email them (if I get response) all they say is thanks for your patience it will be shipped as soon as possible. Much of my order was Halloween items that no longer show on their website.

The first time I ordered from them it was okay. Took a while but I received everything. The next time was a huge mess and I had to email and email practically begging for them to send my stuff or refund me. I will never order from them again and much rather pay shipping.
I hope you all get everything you ordered!!!

I’ve ordered from them many times. The prices are good and NO SHIPPING! They are slow to ship because many of their items are preorders. The trick is to place many small orders, seperating like items. I never mix companies or preorders with items in stock or it will hold up your order. No they are not good at sending you notices and they don’t send split shipments unless an item is seriously backordered. They do respond quickly if you email Dan. They are a small company that has had some hard luck over the last year or so (they had flooding issues and employee shortages due to illnesses). Things seem to be improving lately.

I hope you all get everything you ordered!!! I have had to do this with several orders but they always responded within 24 hrs. I have even cancelled backordered items without any issues. They have always been nice and prompt about it. My only major complaint is that the order form page will never accept my rewards coupon codes so I must email Dan asking for it to be applied. It’s always applied and I get a refund within 48 hrs.

I'm glad you have had good luck with them. And, I hope everyone who has just ordered - gets all their stuff with no problems.
I did email Dan repeatedly and no answers or empty promises. I did not feel like I had good customer service (and did order from the same line - Maggie Holmes Flourish) and had to show him my orders from paypal because he could not remember what I ordered. None of my stuff said it was a preorder at the time either.
I was just sharing my experiences with them.

They used to ship really quickly at first. Then, I had to e-mail about orders, and the response was “l’ll check on that.”, and then it would ship. Then, it got to be that it did not ship without repeated e-mails. Just not worth my time to order from them. They are slow to ship and slow to answer e-mails, at least in my experience. I have heard many people saying they have had problems with them on many groups I am in.
