Last one girls and I tried to keep it nice and simple. Sorry, I meant to post this last night before I went to bed to give you more time to do it and of course I forgot! Here's the sketch... I took it from a LO I did for a DT blog post ages ago, So just grab some tags and bung them on a page, simple! The twist is to use something old<iframe width="16.399999999999977" height="16.360000000000014" style="position: absolute; width: 16.4px; height: 16.36px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 5px; top: 103px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_82197752" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="16.399999999999977" height="16.360000000000014" style="position: absolute; width: 16.4px; height: 16.36px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 757px; top: 103px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_55873166" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="16.399999999999977" height="16.360000000000014" style="position: absolute; width: 16.4px; height: 16.36px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 5px; top: 854px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_47756639" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="16.399999999999977" height="16.360000000000014" style="position: absolute; width: 16.4px; height: 16.36px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 757px; top: 854px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_93041158" scrolling="no"></iframe> whether that be old to you or proper old like from 2008! I just want you to use something up, maybe something that's been sitting on your desk for ages or just sitting in your stash and every time you see it you think 'I must use that', get it out and whack it on!

And because my example was old, I had to do another to get my points this month and achieve the 50 bonus points for doing all the sketches + twists! So here's what I did, those tags have been in my stash for ages, they're gift tags. I got 26 for this one. 1 for a LO, 1 for sharing, 5 for sketch + twist. #2, #3, #4, #12 + BONUS (yeah, I'm taking the bonus for the black & white border, it's a right pfaff doing this one and making the black & white joins up), #13, #15, #17, #18, #21, #22, #40 + BONUS, #42, #49 (ok, technically the Kiwi bird can't fly but it is a bird!! ) and Sept Stash Challenge - washi, handwriting & eyelet.

Nice and simple she says... it would have been if I hadn't added 6,000 embellishments. At least I used "proper old" embellishments - those Making Memories pins which came from a Christmas collection.

Excellent sketch, I see lots of use in its future Your pages are superb! The little map of New Zealand with all the hearts, the watercolours on the first page. Brilliant work I've been thinking about reading, actually reading (I'm on The Seven Dials Mystery) and listening to books too (we're on Career of Evil for the second time before listening to the new one, Lethal White). So, four of my favourite books/authors... Originally this had a white background, until I accidentally filled it with black and liked the look! There are quotes from the four books in the background, my favourite being "A leg? An effing leg?" "And it's not even my size!" said Strike. I heard it last night and it always makes me giggle. (Cormoran Strike has an artificial leg.)
My old thing for the bonus is A Is For Alibi - I have a paperback version on my bookshelf that's around 20 years old.

I gigled at your remark it's worth the effort though, what a lovely page and story. I do like your extra touches with the doily, and the two little clusters at the top and bottom

Oh wow Chinagirl828 the 6000 embellishments look amazing! It is absolutely gorgeous, so pretty! I want to create a design team just so I could have you on it and see your work more often! JaneB I love the black background, so striking, what a happy accident that was! Love the line of dots as well, super cool

Guys! Amazing work to start my day. kiwigirl - I can.not.believe. you got the dots to "join" like that. #pfaffqueen! Beautiful layouts too. The colourful floral on the first is just a #bestillmyheart for me. #enoughhashtagsyet? @chinagirl - I have those same tags in my tag stash. I adore how you used the girl tag, and the doilie, and the perfect ribbons. JaneB - the title, "mini" enamel - oh how I wish I could do that in real life! And I love how the book covers look like book marks when you turn them into tags like this!

this one was perfect for these photos - thank you - had to simplify a bit to fit my page size. The red chevron paper is old and my twist.

The colourful floral on the first is just a #bestillmyheart for me. #enoughhashtagsyet? Yeah, it is a pfaff! I mean it looks amazing and makes this cool raised border but you have to dot quite close together. I do one side of one colour, then go back and do the second colour in between. You've got to be kinda fast. #nevertoomanyhashtags! Linda I adore that red chevron paper, it is the most perfect touch and makes your page! Great work

kiwigirl thank you again for a great sketch, this was a lot of fun! I love your first page; that awesome border framing the black is gorgeous and I love the doodly border you added too! The tags are a genius way to use those 6x8 papers, going to have to steal that one. Love the washi and nuvos, of course, and great photo of you! Your second page, holy moly love it! All the fun border elements, the color scheme, your mixed font title, beautiful photo of you and the star of the show, the cutest little kiwi bird ever! It’s awesome you used up those funky tags too! Linda your take is awesome; love the photos and that chevron just ties it all together! there's love in the gallery for you Chinagirl828 and JaneB

I have the perfect photo and have found some tags and other papers to work with it, but won't have this one done until at least tomorrow. Working at it in bits & pieces while I do other things today (cooking and cleaning for guests).

I thought this would make a great card! And I do like this design, I think I'll tweek it a bit and make it my card for my coworkers... card reinbeer time by kirstendrew, on Flickr stinkerbelle - You get first! WTG! I certainly won't be done the sketches until mid-week, although I think I only have about 4 to go now. I LOVE the wash effect, the pp, the sticker combo in the title, awesome LO!
