I can’t believe the low price!!!! It would take much to redecorate over all the Disney stuff. What a bargain.

muggins I forget sometimes that our area has a relatively low cost of living. I love Disney but I agree, all the Disney decor has to go!

It seems as if it was built to rent out one of the dwellings as a vacation home.
I’d be afraid of gators on the property with all of that water!

It's so funny. I'm scrolling along, thinking "what Disney?" la dee da and then Donald Duck shows up, out of nowhere, in this normal house. WTF?

I really like this house! I would keep some of the Disney theming, and I love the pool. I would need to change the doors on the kitchen units as they’re too dark for my taste. I could imagine them painted in a pale blue! ![](https://media.fotki.com/2v2JGmVoCxA5eGL.gif)

I love it! I could live with the Mickey pool but the decor inside would go. What’s with the tile section of floor in the pink bedroom? It looks like a path thru the middle of the carpet.

I would totally live there! I’d be worried about gators with that big pond though.

when you said "disney decor" i was expecting WAY more (like that one that posted several months ago OVER THE TOP themed and jammed with all kinds of memorabilia). it would be fairly inexpensive to get rid of those decals or murals and the bedroom borders. the only bigger expense i see is that stained glass door that would have to go!! and i am with everyone else, that pond is like resort-living for alligators. probably cost a lot to fill that in!

I like it and I would slowly rid myself of all the Disney crap. The carpet and the Disney door would be the first to go.

I would be adding razor wire to the fencing. And electric.
I am curious on how they get away with no fence around the pool?

I can’t believe you can buy a 7000 sf house on 8 acres for under $1 million!!!!

If someone would like to buy it for me I would move in there in a hot minute. I was expecting an over thr top in your face Disney decor. Most of it didn't even register when I first looked at the pictures. I would happily live there and not change a thing.

That's pretty awesome. I'm not a huge Disney fan, but if you wanted to feel like you were living at one of the Disney resorts every day -- they accomplished that!

I would have loved to grow up in a place like that, but wouldn't want it now. The interior looks dated. That pond also looks like a gator magnet and all that algae around it does not make it look inviting. Wonder if some executive from Disney owned it?

Okay I am not reading the responses but I LOVE the house.. I love the land, pool, house, everything about it. I would tone down the Disney, but it isn't so overdone that most of it is a pretty easy fix. I like Disney, call me fair weather fan I guess, so some of it is okay, I don't love but I don't run away screaming either. I love the space. Now I am going to see how I compare or what I missed!! LOL and see if I change my mind.. haha. Okay after reading responses.. I think I would relocate the Disney doors and move them to the mother in law portion... Maybe keeping the Disney themed stuff in that area... That would be fun for guests I guess. I wouldn't have gone 'with' that theme if building it originally but would use it since it is there... and it's Florida anyways. Pool is awesome.. The pond... I didn't think about gaters but maybe that can be a fix with some kind of fencing?? I don't know?? ![:)](http://i59.tinypic.com/211nd6h.jpg) A few updates inside but there isn't anything I couldn't live with for awhile. Oh and I love the colors on the outside.

Wow, I would love that house and property, only in my state!! I’m a little afraid of the Florida snakes and gators I could live with the Mickey shaped pools and just remove some of the other large Disney stuff ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg)

I think that house is a steal, the Disney crap inside the house is easy to fix ,the pool on the other hand will be harder.

I can't believe that mansion with pool is so cheap! They could have at least taken down the disney wall stickers. Why does the kid's bedroom have the carpet sliced down the middle of the room? is that a private lake for their property? I didn't see a picture of the go cart track?

No harder to take out the Disney than to take out any dated decor in any house. There wasn't that much. Most of it seemed to be in the guest house. Some of it just seemed to be decals or painted which would be simple to change. Wow what a cheap price and I live in an area with an abundance of land.

I didn't see a picture of the go cart track The go cart track pictures are there - #71 & #72. The track is on the other side of the lake/pond from the house. Yes, that is their private lake, and they have even built a slide going into it for swimming - although I can’t imagine swimming in that water, especially with a clean pool right there (where you can easily spot a gator). People keep talking about the kitchen, but there are three kitchens - one in each dwelling and the unit attached to one of the garages. So, it is hard to know which of the three you are reacting to.

I think most of the Disney touches are easily fixed, but can't feel comfortable about the gator ponds.

That is a great house. Some of the Disney stuff could be removed easily, except for the pool.
