Just read over on the Cricut message boards that the Print & Cut feature is now available for those with Explore machines (after updating to the latest firmware) I'm curious...has anyone tried theirs yet?? I'm at work on my lunch so I'm gonna have to wait another 3.5 hours before I can go home and test it out. I'm also coming down with a cold so maybe this will cheer me up...assuming it works, lol. Here's the link to the announcement: Print & Cut I've really been waiting for this feature. I'm hoping it lives up to the hype I've created in my own head :)for it

Sounds like it is working well. I am a Cameo gal and have used P&C for years. It will be a lot of fun for the Explore users. Cameo has a new feature called PixScan that is the bomb!

It sounds like it is only in small sizes? I don't have an Explore, but I have been trying to follow.....

I heard the Explore doesn't support 12x12 (Print & Cut) - which is nuts. I thought they would have something dramatically different, since they have taken so long to come out with it.

I think the ability to print and cut larger than 8.5"x11" is in the near future. I noticed that "Material" field (where it has the 8.5"x11" entry) is a drop down box, however there are no other options at this time. Because of the way it's setup, makes me believe that other options (including 12") will be available eventually.
Personally, I don't have the ability to print larger than letter or legal size, so I'm not bothered with it. But I could see how some might be. I've used it a few times now and I'm really enjoying!!

12x12 is coming down the road. I must say I'm having a lot of fun with the machine and Print Then Cut. Very user friendly.

I have to say I really enjoy using the 12x12 and am so happy I bought a large format printer. I rarely do anything P&C, that isn't based off 12x12, so I hope it comes soon to the Cricuteers! I would not have bought the larger printer if I had not had my Cameo. Dang things! LOL
I also like using smaller paper. The Cameo can do any size - so I like to set up 4x6 or 5x7 print jobs too. That is great when you want just one small item. Hopefully Cricut will implement this too - I think if enough of their users ask - they seem to listen now.
