This is my Mega-points layout - not sure if I'll do another because this felt like a lot... and it didn't photograph well either. kitbop I love that page! All those snowflakes are brilliant and I love your title. KelleeM your page is so beautiful....the photo is perfect in B&W and the ribbon and flowers just set it off perfectly. I just uploaded 3 pages and typed out all the points, and then clicked to close the tab. Whoops! OK, going to do them one at a time in case I do that again I've been inspired by stinkerbelle and her 8.5x11 pages. Really enjoying doing a different format. And I use D-ring albums so I can just mix them in together. Also, the flowers I used on this page are from the remains of a packet I bought when I visited the US in 2008. 10 years old! Hello, everyone! I apologize for being MIA the past several days. Life just got really busy. I haven't even done much crafting other than doing my weekly spreads in my planners. I did manage to get a card made today. I still need to go through the challenge list and calculate my points for it. The stripes are Evergreen Bough Distress Oxide ink and the bow was colored with Copic markers.  |

craftykitten - I love the way you fit your titles into your pages, your colour/layering choices and your clusters! The colours on "pancakes" are especially appealing, and the clusters on "white buck!" CoffeeCrafter - beautiful colouring and stamping - did you use salt or alcohol to get the white splatters, or just white ink?

craftykitten I'm going back a page to comment on My Heart Happy and of course, I love it! I love the way you use papers, I know if I tried to mix those ones together I would hate it but I adore your LO! Maybe I'll just copy your paper use exactly if I have the right ones in my stash  I love the clusters of words and butterflies etc, so awesome! Fab picture too, I love it  Your 8.5x11 pages are amazing! I love the stripes on Pancakes and bless Chris for taking care of you! The paper you picked for White Buck are perfection and I adore the tittle mice on Too Sweet, awesome work!  KelleeM what a lush photo on your Sweet Girl page, I love the paper and the ribbon, so fab! Wow kitbop, I love your mega points page! It's fabulous, I love the more is more look and there's definitely space for the eye to rest too so it's not OTT. Fab title and photo, I would not be impressed with that either. I had to dig my car out once and then I was too knackered to go shopping after it, and then it rained and melted all the snow so I wasted my time digging the car out grrrr! Lush card CoffeeCrafter the colours are perfect and the colouring on the bow is amazing!

OK, so my next 49 point creation (+10 for the mega bonus, + 2 for creating/sharing). I'm happier with this one - busy, but feels more like me. My title is a take off on the REM "Happy Shiny People"...alas, my kids didn't get it at all, and even when I played the song for them they didn't recognize it. kiwigirl bollocks is one of those words that just makes me laugh. Love the page and congrats (sort of) on the 45 points  Yay to stinkerbelle for sending you some goodies and mojo! craftykitten the colours in that geometric print are so perfect with your photo, love the little pops of that purple and your clusters are a-mazing. KelleeM that photo is so, so adorable, and I love that gorgeous floral paper with it. kitbop 64 points is amazing!! I love all the layered snowflakes and your title captures the feeling perfectly. I think I've caught all the others in the gallery.

kitbop Happy Misty People is amazing! Love so many bits about it, the little cloud, the cluster with the typewriter, the notepad edge, the fantastic banner and your perfect journalling! It's gorgeous and I would be so proud of myself if I'd made that LO! I adore your mega point LO stinkerbelle, it's not too overwhelming and I always love the papers you layer up, they look fab and the washi tape is lush! I also love the dotty circle, is it a 7G stamp? I love that! Your tag LO is perfect, love the photo for a start, so cool and all the papers you used for your tags look wonderful! I might want to try this one too! Way to go on the Cflattop lift, your's looks fab! Love that spirderweb paper and I adore that there's the pot of scissors in the background of the photo, rock the crafty vibe! Love that you've done such a minimal LO and still got 16 points, awesome stuff! Untitled is awesome, I love the stripes down the side and the floral paper is amazing, love that. I also love the stamping and the Nuvo dots, looks so cool, I must try that sometime Life Is Sweet is amazing, love those bananas! The background paper is super lush and I love the little pop of striped paper too, fab work. Your Nuvo border on Such Pretty Eyes is fantastic! Way to go, and I love the yellow in the background and the massive big title is super cool. Great work dude, even with no mojo you are rocking it, I love them all! All I have worked on this month are my Christmas cards (and helped a friend cut pieces for gift cards for Mexican Orphanages). It has taken all my time. I'm going to attempt to catch up on commenting. I'm sorry if I accidentally miss anyone. I feel so behind, but love them all. For those asking about the title on my first LO, that was on the paper already. I've had it for such a long time and wasn't sure how I wanted to use it until I saw that picture and knew it was perfect! grammadee- I'm loving all the Disney pages. They look great and I'm sure you're family is going to love the books they are receiving! It makes me want to find some Disney pictures to scrap! I love the sign on the Jake page! My kids would love it too DawnMcD- I love those pillows! I want some! I wish I knew how to crochet...it's one of those things my grandma tried to teach me as a kid and now I wish I paid attention. That and the sewing. She was so talented! @breetheflea- the 31 reasons to be thankful is a fun page! I may need to make one like that too! Your fishing page is neat too! I like all the different components. The Fishing Ticket for the writing is neat. Did you make that or was it something you bought? kitbop- I have the same problem with Christmas papers! I love them all and the winter ones too but struggle scrapping them! I think it's because I don't like scrapping the same events over and over...I have the same issue with all holidays. You did a great job on the page. I like the placement of the tags and love the title. The snow page is great too! I like the font for North bay. You did a great job with using all the different prints together. I keep going back over and looking at it and seeing new details each time. I love how colorful your niagra falls page is! It's so cheerful and the picture is perfect! craftykitten- The pocket pages look great! I want to get into them, but never do! Did you make the background of your full page? I love it! The flowers are all so pretty. The watercolor leaves and mixed media is breathtaking on your lovely days page. I love it all! I like the last pages you posted, but Too Sweet for words is my favorite. I'm always at loss of using different fonts for titles and you did it perfectly. I love the background paper and that little mouse embellishment is perfect. It's too cute! The clusters are great too. CoffeeCrafter- I love the card! kiwigirl- Great job on another 45 point page! Its so fresh and neat! I like the colors together. And that little worm like guy in the corner just makes me smile. KelleeM- Such a sweet picture! The background paper is perfect for that picture and it looks great in b&w with the pinks. My favorite combo! stinkerbelle- Great job on the mega points! It's such a fun LO! There are so many fun details. THe smaller picture almost looks like an embellishment vs a picture Ok I'll catch up on the rest later! |
