This LO is for the Go Full Circle challenge. I started it a while ago when I was still really only buying stuff and not actually scrapping stuff. It was nice to get it finished. The title is a line from a song called 'Sweetness and Light' by Lush. The kit is 'Denim & Flowers' and the template is 'Stacked Pieces 20', both by Lindsay Jane. I didn't get many points for this one, but that's okay because I didn't want to overwhelm the gorgeous photos of my DD from almost exactly 14 years ago - a few days before she turned 7 (she is now just about to turn 21). Points: 1 for doing a challenge, 1 for sharing, #6 stamps (sweetness), #7 Finish it up, #10 Wordsmith (lyrics), #13 Rectangles, #20 Nuvos, #31 Go full circle, #38 Old photo, #40 Layers, #49 Flower Power, #52 Stitches, #59 Outdoors, #77 Enamel dots TOTAL = 14 points

I seem to have fallen behind a bit! stinkerbelle - I would have SWORN I responded to your "you make me smile" mega-page - that it's not OTT at ALL especially given the picture which needs this fun background - it's awesome! the tags on your "twins" page - great layered look! Your layers and ephemera on your "Blessed are the children" layout are tdf. And I love the "white space" on your nails layout - lets the BG papers shine and I love it. And "sweet" is just lush - the clusters and design are as great as always - but I think the colours your chose make it feel like it has depth. If that makes any sense grammadee - I *heart heart heart* your Animal Kingdom page - it's clean but dirty all at the same time! And your cards are ALWAYS lovely, love the subdued blues here. AussieMeg - wow, your "Boo" layout is stunning, I adore your textures and colours. same with "sweetness" - the details and textures make your layouts feel carefully thought out! DawnMcD - AMAZING colours, watercolouring, splattering - those are labour intensive and it shows and their GORGEOUS! boymom5 - I always love your layout designs and use of contrast and shapes. The pp/white layout with the bike shows that off so well, like the banners blue/pink combo in "what a day. The "blowing" rainbow hearts flowing across the birthday page are so eye catching I love them. Your dinosaur 2 pager, great photo/paper placement to get the photos represented without the layout feeling squeezed. And "always" again, great interest with all the circles but you keep the photo central by using the framing perfectly! breetheflea - "have yourself a nerdy little christmas" is really clever - the rounded corners/stitching augment the use of the grid, the tab to make the grid a file, the die cut across the bottom it just fits so well, and the amazing title work! And love how you got the hand-written card incorporated into the winter page. KelleeM - I'm jealous - I haven't yet designed my cards... yours look amazing

I have been a slacker for sure this month, on scrapping and commenting. Although there is some hit and miss love in the gallery. I'm going to try to catch up somewhat here. boymom5 great job getting 58 points! kiwigirl that rainbow is awesome and so is your cluster. Beautiful! And your grid is fab! I love your random yoga woman! The page has so many details, yet plenty of white space great job! And great job on beating that challenge! AussieMeg beautiful LO! I love the triangles and I'm really loving the negative space! Your pages look so much like paper and it continues to amaze me! KelleeM - Your team Kellee page is such a heartfelt page, what a great memory. I love that nuvo strip on the side. I Faraway Thoughts the photo, your journaling, all of it. And Be Amazing - such a lovely page. Great job showcasing her sweet face. The photo really stands out from the background! CoffeeCrafter that cat is seriously CUTE! It would have taken me months to cross stitch it lol. Well, that's page one. There is more love in the gallery for everyone who posts there! I will try to make it back later and continue to catch up. Wonderful work ladies!

KelleeM- Sweet Girl is such a pretty layout. I love that black and white photo with the pretty floral background. Great use of the tulle across the page. kitbop, craftykitten, CoffeeCrafter, boymom5, grammadee, AussieMeg, DawnMcD, breetheflea, there is love left in the gallery. So many beautiful projects....so little time. I have been working in small blocks of time to finish a layout I have wanted to do for ages. It is finished except for the drying of the Nuvos. It will probably be my only layout this month.

linda love the border strips top and bottom on your Friends page and the colored blocks spelling it out. It makes me think of the TV show which is one of my favs The colors on North Fork are unique and I really like the pattern paper that goes perfectly with the cardstock! I love that calculus page! I have a hard time knowing how to use bigger patterns and this looks perfect! It flows so well, love the touch of the clock and the flag. Ok, that Mosh page is my favorite! Great use of the papers, I love the whole page design! And the pages with the templates - makes me want to pull mine out. Love those little dino squares! I've left some love in the gallery as well! DawnMcD you are so creative! ETA: this is for page 2. I'm kind of glad things are a little slow this month, I may actually get caught up!

Sorry for the huge dump. Finished 31 cards yesterday. Will share them one design or group at a time. I will claim all the points in my final post. This first one was inspired by THIS pin. I like the look of layered dies, and this one struck me as a way to make some of the dies I have layered. Here is my take on it: snowy fence card by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

Next I will share the cards from the PhotoPlay Holiday card kit. The first group was created following all the kit's instructions: photoplay kit cards by Gramma Dee, on Flickr The second group I went free style with the remaining supplies from the kit plus a few from my stash: Photoplay extra cards by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

Here are a couple of cards I finished up after starting last month. (I had used TH alcolhol ink to stamp the backgrounds on a couple of card bases). I used the leftover yupo paper and a die to add the flowers, and then used a border punch and a stamped greeting to finish it off yesterday. Yupo & lift ink caards by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

These cards I created using the negatives from some diecutting justjac was doing. These are also the reason my kitchen (and perhaps my whole house) is now covered in a fine sheen of glitter. Apparently ultra fine glitter must be burnished. And should not be accidentally dropped... using the negative cards by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

OH OH OH OH grammadee, wow, so many gorgeous beautiful things there. My absolute fave is the pointsettia with the softer stamping, they are all amazing, you put me to shame!!! I finished up another big-pointer. Again, these are busier than my norm, but I'm not sure that's because of points? I dunno, maybe. layout grateful for gingerbread friends by kirstendrew, on Flickr points: sketch Nov.10 (10pts), # 1, 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 26, 30, 32, 33, 34 (3 pts), 35 (2 pts), 39, 42, 45, 47, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55, 57 (5 pts), 58, 62, 65, 66, 71, 73, 10 pt mega bonus, and 2 for layout/share = 62 points.

I had another smaller PhotoPlay kit, so put together these six cards using that. This one was a pre cut kit, so went much more quickly than the larger one. Very little credit for me for these designs: they did not provide instructions, but I basically lifted the cards on their cover sheet. more photoplay kit cards by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Points: six cards created and shared (12). #13 rectangles (6). #40 layers (6) #42 fussy cutting (6) #46 Red & green (6). #57 triangle (1). #58 Word up (6). #60 animals (2) #74 Kit + bonus (7) Total: 52

I worked with the Paige Evans Whimsical line this time and I struggled a bit with it. It wasn't my favourite. I watched Missy Whidden using it in a video and it looked lush and colourful and amazing but that was clearly just Missy Magic and IRL it's not that colourful or wonderful! It's not terrible but it wasn't as easy to use as I expected it to be.
