I know we have talked about making stencils from hot glue on this board but have you ever made them from plastic sheets? This Summer I tried it with some old overhead projector plastic sheets my dh had. I just shared about it on my blog. So fun!
Stencil Gals
Have you tried this before and what did you create?

Yes! We did this in a Lifebook 13 class. We also made masks and stencils out of other materials in a Christy Tomlinson class I took online. So much fun!

I made some stencils years ago, I think back in 2004 or 2006 or something. There weren't a whole lot around at the time anyway. I think I just created a design and the cut it out using a knife. Not even sure what it was now lol!
Eta: thinking about it, I probably used it for working with modeling/embossing paste. I love doing that even now. I do remember the plastic was a lot thicker, harder to cut through, but perfect to create a surface using mediums
And your project looks great!! I hadn't thought about using mag image.

Someone on GS board make them using stencil material and her Cameo. I got the stencil sheets at Hobby Lobby but haven't tried it yet.

Glad you all liked this and hope you try it. I have been making up lots of pictures with my stencil and even used the left over part to make like paper dolls. Even cut out little dresses to out on them. So fun!
