Thanks, Linda for starting this. My November goals are to create 30 pages and 30 cards. I need to finish my Florida family vacation album and get it to the printer. Have ten pages done so far this month (part of the 30)’ and hope to get the last batch done by Tuesday. I may or may not create two more pages for it when I get back from visiting kids. Depends on if I can get the pics for them printed in time. Want to set up a card making play date to finish my Christmas cards. Want to finish the CARDtober Challenges.

I hope to get the following done:
finish straightening out my scrap room-what started as an organization project that I tore apart the room, I now have no motivation to finish. The room is trashed! UGH! upload photos to snapfish to make a few Christmas gifts for my mom and a photobook for several family members
Pretty simple but why haven't I done this yet? I need this thread to hopefully keep me accountable. Thanks!

The short story: My goal is to get scrapping... so far the challenges are REALLY helping. The long story: I write and it seems when I'm consistently writing I'm not scrapping. Maybe writing and scrapping use the same part of my brain? I'm currently in a writing slump though, and have given myself permission to take a break, and suddenly I want to scrap. I wish I could do both consistently, but apparently it's one or the other... and this month it's scrapping. I used eyelets yesterday... maybe I'll make a dent in my stash so I can buy more stuff

1. No more spending 🙄, I have plenty 2. Finish organizing the new stuff, and again when the other new stuff I ordered yesterday gets here. 🤣 I decided yet again I want to do something different 🤣 but it does make more sense lol. I do now have a stash of Basic Grey I’m very excited about (cranberrycat.com) 3. Scrap some of the pictures I have organized already 4. Organize more pictures

My goals are smallish this month because I'm concentrating on cleaning up my messy home rather than adding to the mess. As for my scrapping related goals, you'll have to keep in mind that my craft area is in a space that also functions as a family room and a guest room.
I want to finish up the cards I'm working on.
Clean up all my scrapping mess, and eventually clean up DD's painting mess.
Get rid of the huge donations pile that's been accumulating in a corner of the room.
Find homes elsewhere for everything that shouldn't be in the room, and find ways to store everything that has to stay.
Get the room clean enough to house a guest over Thanksgiving.
Obtain 2018 photos from family members, plan pages, edit, and print.
After our Thanksgiving guest has gone home, scrap my little heart out!

Last week due to a roof leak, it is now also the computer room... I spend more time moving things off my desk that get dropped there, tripping over kids, and sweeping the floor than I do scrapping some days!

I finally made a layout yesterday afternoon after weeks of being too busy at work to do anything. My goals for this month are to write my Christmas cards and prep my DD foundation pages. If I can do anything else it’ll be a bonus.

I have high hopes for my goals this month: 10-15 pages from our Europe vacation Done (15 pages!) 5-10 pages from older pictures ✅ Complete 2 T-shirts (gifts) ✅ Complete my baby's Christmas/Bday gifts Started this, but still more to go. But the biggest items are complete!
I was also going to attempt making Christmas cards this year, but I grabbed a cute pack at Tuesday morning inexpensively and will use those instead.

Thanks for the prompt Linda!
I have lofty goals this month, because there is important stuff to accomplish:
(eta: I'm going to edit this with my progress. Since keeping track of my challenge points has been motivating, and keeping a food diary has been critical, I figure tracking my goals should help as well?)
1. work on photos back to January 2018 to get printed Nov. 4 - worked on Dec. 2016 photos that were missing, completed about 30 Nov. 5 - worked on spring 2018 photos, completed 20 Nov. 17 - have put many hours into photos. Completed spring 2018. Found file of old photos from 2017 and edited them. Starting stummer 2018. Getting there.
2. create my MIL's annual calendar (christmas gift) 3. get christmas cards created - if I get some designs decided and about 30 to mail by the end of the month, I can keep creating the more "local" cards through December. 4. work on december daily 2016... 5. 10 layouts of my own Nov. 4 - 1/2 a Christmas layout done Nov. 5 - putzing on that layout, but almost - journaling done, title done, just some bling/embellies now Nov. 17 - up to 4 layouts plus 1 almost complete. 6. Go to the gym regularly (eats up so much precious scrapbook time tho!) Nov. 4. Nov. 5. As of Nov. 17...have been 4-5x/week this month...very happy with myself.

I've sucked at completing my goals lately so I just keep rolling them forward.
* complete Aug, Sept, and Oct month in review pages * select and print photos from last week's vacation * start making Christmas cards (or admit they're not going to happen and buy some!) * put away all the layouts I created in Sept and Oct * finish at least one of the nearly done pages I have piled up on the side of my desk

My goals for this month:
♡ Organize my printed photos chronologically. I have hundreds (thousands?) of printed photos that are still in their Shutterfly envelopes, thrown in photo boxes. I would like to take all of the photos out of their envelopes and organize them chronologically so I can find photos easily. **I started on this task tonight 11/4
♡ Purchase two 12x12 albums and begin to sort completed layouts chronologically
♡ Finish the journaling on half of my completed layouts (these layouts are finished except for journaling)
♡ Finish Christmas cards and have them ready to mail by 12/1
♡ Print June, July, August, September, October 2018 photos

-Finish ordering photos for retreat (about half done) -start Yellowstone vacation album (working on that on retreat) -make Xmas cards (have 1 done.. yes just one) -finish mini album for my daughter for Xmas

I drastically overestimated in October, especially when I skipped out on a weekend cropportunity. This month I have a retreat and a crop. So I am going to have a goal of 20 for the crop and 40 for the retreat = 60.
I have my son and DIL baby shower to scrap this weekend. It was last night and I went home and edited and ordered the photos. I have my son's travels to California and some Army pics for my cousin. It would be wonderful to get all those current pics done but I am not even making it a goal. At the retreat Escape Scrapbooking will be there and she has tons of theme paper so I am going to wait on some of them so I can pick up the perfect paper!

Hey, good for you Chinagirl828! A lot of times it's procrastination that kills me. I find I do have time if I actually use it properly.

I had a tentative goal of finishing my October PL this month. I am happy to report that I have completed pages through Oct. 15 and have pics printed out and ready to scrap for the rest of the month. With a week off at Thanksgiving, I may be able to make some progress with November pages. Yay me!

Still have the birthday cards to create and get into the mail (7 cards). Have finished 23 pages so far this month. Photos are printed for my dgk adventures over the past few weeks, plus my dgs's fireschool grad photos. Now that the weight of the Florida album is off my shoulders, I want to dive right into those pic's. How is everyone else doing on their goals?

I have been trying to come up with a way that I can store some of my stuff by theme. I have too much stuff and often miss a lot of it because it is all over.

After 6 months, I finally finished dgd wedding. I must have scrapped 500 pics...4 albums. Last week I started editing all the pics from the last 6 months. That will take a while longer. When I get that done, I hope to start on some of the challenges. Oh...just remembered, I will have a ton from thanksgiving to edit, too.

All of my Christmas cards are completed, and ready to mail. My DD products are wittled down to what I will use. Everything fits in one basket on my desk. I like to keep my DD supplies sorted by product type (puffy stickers in one container, tags in another, etc) and got that done as well. I will start my DD prep work tomorrow. I know I want to get my cover page done ahead of time, make some tags and figure out my numbers. I don't usually pre-make full pages so I will just let a loose outline of how my album will be.

Have the last of my birthday cards finished, and the first batch in the mail.
More than 30 pages completed this month. Still lots of photos from October/November to scrap, but I can do those in December.
Most of my Christmas cookies are baked and in the freezer. Still need to bake two different recipes: will get started on those today.
The crunch now is to compose and print my Christmas letter so I can get going on preparing my family/friends Christmas cards for mailing.
And my scraproom needs cleaning. Where are those shoemakers' elves???
