I really like the cut apart papers that come with the Kaisercraft lines. They also have some project life style cards that coordinate with the lines, but I mostly use the cut apart sheets.
I like to use pockets to scrapbook "leftover" photos from 12x12 layouts, so if there's a cut apart sheet in any line I'm using I make sure to pick it up to use with extra photos...it all coordinates with my layout that way.
Come to think of it, there are lots of lines that have really cute cut apart sheets.

Oh, I should also say Simple Stories...I love their papers and will buy the cut apart sheets even if I don't get the rest of the line.

I'm also surprised to find myself really excited about the fall/ holiday Webster's Pages photo realistic lines. Never thought I'd be one to go for that, but I can't WAIT to use the glittery-looking cut-aparts for backgrounds! I'm also REALLY into vellum lately. Wish more lines did big vellum die-cuts, so I don't have to cut them myself. :-P

I'm finding I too like Simple Stories, not all their lines, but several for sure. My last purchase I got a couple sheets from Kaiser craft (Christmas & outdoors), Bo Bunny - I love the pastel retro look of their new Christmas line, and too my surprise the Websters' Gingerbread Village. I'm not usually into their stuff, but this line I really liked.
Of course I like the Daily Flash from October Afternoon. Really wish they'd have a new line out! Some of the Basic Gray, small pad I've found really good too. I have a travel one from them I really like.
Over all, it doesn't matter to me who the paper is from if I like the style. There are some companies I tend to like more than others, but if I like it I like and if I don't I don't.

I really like the Simple Stories papers, too. I'm also really liking this Echo Park collection named "Capture Life".
