Does anyone do this regularly? What plan or app do you use?
Do you feel like it’s motivating?
I can’t get my butt to the gym. And I have a nice elliptical, a Bosu ball, and free weights at home.

For me, working at home has never been as effective or consistent as going to the gym. It’s too easy to get distracted and I don’t work as hard. Even though I work out alone at the gym, I go at the same time every day and the same people are there. If I don’t show, I know someone will probably ask where I was. And I know if I half ass a workout because I’m feeling lazy, at least one person in that same core group will notice. If I’m at home, I’m downstairs, no one is watching and they’re going to tell me good job, no matter how lazy I’m being.
My gym time is on my calendar 5 days a week at 5:30 am and I treat it like any other appointment. I wouldn’t not show for my doctor appointment just because. Not flaking out these health appointments either.

I rotate between Beachbody On Demand workouts and running on the treadmill (C25K app).
I've had the best success when I'm in a Beachbody challenge group...I feel like the accountability in a Facebook group is very helpful. The downside is that many Beachbody coaches require you to be drinking Shakeology to be in their challenge group.

I've been using the Sweat App. There are different programs within the app but currently doing BBG which doesn't require much equipment. On IG there are some who have followed it with great results and that's my motivation for sticking with it. I'm still in the 'before' photo range though.

I did it anyway because I liked it. I need to start again.

I have weights at home and they’ve been in the floor for years. I probably used them a few times and finally moved them out to garage. But I go to the gym almost everyday. I’m retired and it gets me out of the house and moving. Plus I can do so much more at the gym! I’m sure there are lots of at home workout programs - they’re just not for me.

I do the Kayla Itsines one. I like it because there's very little investment for home equipment. I already had dumbbells, so I think I just bought a medicine ball and a jump rope. I use my stairs for the step-up stuff.

I use HASFit. Their videos are great. It's a husband and wife team. They show modifications for everything. There are a ton of both plans and individual workouts. hasfit.com

Yes I do. I have actually worked out 6 days a week for a whole year at home! I do an Australian online program called Tiffxo which has a 20-30 minute workout each day (you follow a video) which are a mixture of HIIT, weights based and HIRT - a bit of a cross of HIIT and weights. Lots of boxing type moves and taekwando stuff. Really fun. I have never exercised so regularly in my life but I love it. So easy to do at home and get it over with. It is subscription based but can be cancelled at any time.

I was using the Jillian Micheals App. I am going to try Chris and Heidi Powells Transform App (50% off if you buy by midnight tonight). They both have lots of exercises to go through as well as meal plans.

DH does. Running on treadmill and biking on stand. Before he got a coach, what was motivating was training for a race he wanted to participate in. Now that he has a triathlon coach, what is motivating is participating in an Ironman...and that his coach gets the data from his heart rate monitor and workout info from his Garmin so he knows if DH did the workout, and how much effort he put into it. Pretty darn motivating

Fitness Blender has a ton of free workouts on YouTube. I’m a beginner, but I like them.

I've done Bikini Body Mommy challenges. They are good workouts and are short. You can find them on her website or on youtube. A friend was just telling me about Aaptiv (not sure if I spelled that right). I believe it is an app that has different workouts. She really likes it.
I need to get into the habit of exercising at home as well. I have pretty much been a slacker for a year.

I'm forever promoting fitnessblender on this message board, but I really love how much content they have and I think their videos are done really well.
I've also done the strong lifts 5x5 or a modified version of that at home.

I have worked out at home for years, mostly treadmill, with some elliptical, free weights, and outside jog/walking when weather is nice. Variety helps. But the key for me is having my treadmill in front of a TV with a DVR and Roku. I record my favorite TV shows to watch during treadmill time or watch something on Roku. Treadmilling is boring, but the prospect of watching the next episode of Handmaid's Tale gets me to put in the time. Over the years, this is how I watched The Sopranos, Dexter, Breaking Bad and others.

I workout at home 5-6 days a week. I do Zumba, Hasfit, Walkaway the pounds etc... depending on my mood is what I’ll chose to do any given day. I have videos but most of the time I pull up YouTube and find a 30-60 min workout that looks good to me. Some of the YouTube Channels I watch/use are Jessica Smith TV, Hasfit, Michelle Vo, Leslie Sansone, Popsugar. There are tons and tons of workouts to chose from. Some days I use my step, others I use resistance bands or weights and others it’s just plain Zumba. I lost 60 lbs 6 years ago doing this and have maintained since then. I like working out at home better than the gym. It works for me.

I LOVE working out at home! We belong to the local country club and there is a really nice gym. I have never been. I despise working out elsewhere. Takes too long to drive there and back, etc. I would rather do it at home and be done with it! I like several Beach Body workouts and have the OnDemand. I also have a really nice weight set. I used to be a trainer so I also know how to do things on my own.

I workout at home 5 to 6 days a week. Fitnessblender is my favorite. They offer so much and the workouts are really effective. I do other's here and there but I always go back to them. I also find that using their programs to be effective for me because I don't have to worry about planning out my workouts and I'm a sucker for a calendar full of "workout completes".

My husband and I both do a short workout about 5 mornings a week. We have a short step routine, some floor exercises (we do those on the huge dog bed!) We have hand weights, stretchy rubber things, Hand squeezy things, an exercise ball, and a pilates machine in my scrapbook room!

I did the Kayla Itsines BBG workouts and made it to week 9 (out of 12). Im a runner so I and to switch some workouts around but I like her plan. I modified some because jumping up and down hurt my knees. I also like a few times a week, she has you just walk. It’s a nice change from having HIIT workouts everyday. Lots of photos on Instagram to see people’s progress. She has a nutrition guide but I never followed that because I ate pretty healthy anyways. I did tone up fairly quickly which is always nice to see!

I do beach body on demand. I am on day 5 of 21 day fix. This is the second time I am doing this one. I love a lot of the beach body stuff. I also do yoga with Adriene on YouTube when I need a change.

I have a really great treadmill which I use for at least an hour almost every single day. I read when I am on the treadmill. I can walk at a pretty fast pace or jog at a slow pace and still read my book. I look forward to my time on the treadmill. I certainly don't burn as many calories as someone in a boot camp type workout, but I have been working out at home consistently for 30 years. I know I'm not disciplined enough to stick with a boot camp type workout over the long haul.
I used to ride the exercise bike regularly, but the movers dropped my exercise bike during our last move. We replaced the bike, but I don't like the new one as much as I liked the old one, so I rarely use it.
I also generally do 20 minutes or so of yoga while I watch tv.
I go to a yoga class once a week. It's the only time I exercise in a group setting.
