Fabric cutting with Silhouette/Scan & Cut/Cricut. Preference

I’d love to have some feedback of your experiences of using any of these machines for cutting fabric. It would mostly be used for felt and quilting weight cottons for appliqué pieces and items such as bags. Although it was prompted by an idea of making several advent buntings needing 96 stocking shapes per bunting. 😀

Obviously the Scan and Cut would be great for scanning pattern pieces for cutting. Could that be fdone with the other machines? By using a scanner and then uploading to Design Space or Silhouette Studio?
