I'm trying not to get my hopes up. But I got an email saying my package was out for delivery and the estimated date says, Sunday the 11th.
I've had UPS or FedEx deliver on Sundays but not the post office.
Anyone ever had a Sunday package delivery?

I've gotten many Sunday deliveries from Amazon. We see our mail person in the neighborhood almost every Sunday.

Yes if it's coming from Amazon. Frequent Amazon shopper and usps delivers for them on Sundays. I'm waiting on a few packages arriving today myself

Yep, expecting a delivery today too, and I know it's from amazon. We get those deliveries around here year round.

I once got a USPS delivery on Thanksgiving Day ! I was shocked and felt sooo bad because it was a little stocking stuffer. I know he was probably getting double or triple time, but I felt bad he wasn’t with his family because of my silly stocking stuffer (and, I’m sure, other people’s too!)

I have a PO Box so Sunday delivery does not apply to me but even small towns (population less than 3000?) 'round here do amazon deliveries on Sundays.

If it is a full time employee working on Holidays they will get paid over time if they already have their 40 hours in for the week. If they are a sub they will not get paid for any over time no matter how many hours they have in. If you are getting packages delivered on Holidays and Sunday most likely it is a sub driving.

Yes. And, I am irritated with them. My package was reported as 'handed off' to someone. Well, it wasn't anyone in this house. Grrr!
Spent time trying to find a way to contact them. Stupid me was lost on the words customer service. Ugh!
Now, I need to reorder and wait longer. Just deliver M-S when the people deliver that know their route.
First world problem.
