So you need to buy 750 in gc? I'd get amazon or Target. Is this a corporate gift? You'r buying 22 gc's for approx $30 each? I'd like a local store or a chain.

Hydro flask water bottles or mugs Inverted umbrellas Yeah, who can't use a good insulated bottle? Hydroflasks are my favorite but a lot of people like Klean Kanteen, Yeti, or Swell.

I like the tote... lands end has nice ones... or a wristlet for each... Vera Bradley Kate Spade or something... I think personal style makes things like this hard to give to a large group. Some people will love them and some will never use them. Same with things like candles. Everyone likes different scents and some people don't use candles at all. I don't know anyone who doesn't use an insulated bottle, whether for water or coffee or iced tea or hot tea or SOMETHING.

I think that many people might already have hydroflasks...
Do they sit on their butts all day? Maybe some sort of coccyx pillow if they do. I know that they really can help. Do they use computer screens all day? They have great glasses that take out the blue rays (or something like that) for those that use computers all day.

I think that many people might already have hydroflasks... Yeah, but I have 5 and DH has 4 and DS has 2 and we could still use a couple more. Some for coffee, some for water, some for the gym, some for long car trips, some for the office... lol I may have a Hydroflask problem. I really love them

I agree.. that's true of most everything.. but if they got yetis for birthdays... I was trying to suggest something different... There is also a cup called bru.mate... it's like a wine cup sorta thing... dont know how to link

If you get hydro flasks (or something similar), you could get them personalized with their names. I have a friend who customizes them. Here is her facebook page if you want to look at some pics: TomiJo's Craft page I especially love the ones that look like the sand and water at a beach.

The Kohl's or Costco blankets everyone talks about if you arent looking for something work related. Maybe with some popcorn, seasonings, etc?

A good box of chocolate or a box of Cheryl's cookies, providing no one has to stay away from sweets. I'm not a water bottle person nor do I care for totes. It is very difficult to buy a gift for that many people that they all would like. Candles seem to be a safe bet or I always liked a pair of fuzzy gloves to drive in since I live in a cold weather area. I know you mentioned no gift cards, but maybe movie tickets? Also, make sure they all do celebrate. I had a gal that didn't celebrate and would not accept a Christmas gift, so I always did a gift a few weeks before Christmas and made it to be a thank you for your hard work token. Do post once you decide!

A good pen and paper pad for the car. This was a brilliant idea as part of an emergency kit.

One year we had a Spanish class that went on for weeks and people had to attend class partially on their own time so at the end of the course, we gave everyone a Lands' End beach towel with the company name monogrammed on it and a beach bag with a phrase in Spanish on the outside. I still use these every year when we go to the beach. It's a tote bag but not one where you are carrying it to work along with everyone else.

A bottle of wine (unless some object to wine)
Quality planner-calendar
Cozy throw
Chocolates (DeBrand chocolates are delicious, especially the truffles. Ghyslain chocolates are unique and delicious. They look like hand-painted stained glass).

Perhaps some of those compression socks - I got a pair for my RN daughter and she says the nurses all love wearing them. But they are a little expensive but well within your price range. Or maybe a bracelet that has a stone or two on it that you put essential oils on - it helps when they have "stinky" messes to clean up or patients. A bright pretty hoody to wear - soft and warm for the winter months

I am loving Corkcicle tumblers, cups, etc.... Tons of options here and they have some super cute colors. More feminine than a Yeti, too. Corkcicle

Oh, and Swoozie's .com has some cute gift ideas and a lot that can be personalized. Not exactly a corporate gift but they do have cute things.
Another thought is to find a corporate promotions company and see what the it items are for the year. I'm not a fan of receiving clothing items but you might find something cute.

Pot Plant - the ones bound in string so they look like a plant coming out of a ball of string (I don't think I am describing it very well ) are really popular here at the moment.

Costco has some super soft queen sized blankets for about $30 the other day. Personally I’d prefer that to a Yeti, I hate drinking from metal.

Women on the go, right?
-A FlipBelt (not just for running. I’ve worn mine under my clothes just when I didn’t want to carry a purse)
-A couple Flip and Tumble compactible grocery bags (they fold up into a squishy ball)
-A water bottle sling or belt
