I was looking for a way to scrap 3 photos on one page without simply lining them up across the middle, and found this sketch on pinterest: sketchy Saturday 18-12-01 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr And here is my calendar page created using the sketch: November '19 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Hope you have as much fun with it as I did!

This is my take on the sketch. Instead of using three different photos I used one photo with three frames over the top. I used the 'The Best Ever' kit by Kimeric Kreations, and elements from some other Kimeric kits. Not that we're counting points this month, but I included the following challenges in this LO: 1 for doing the LO, 1 for sharing, #8 Haberdashery, #10 Wordsmith (the title is a quote from a Van Morrison song called "Into the Mystic") #11 Metal Worker, #13 Rectangles, #15 Mixing bowl, #18 Just One, #21 Embellishing 101, #34 Social Mixer (4 points), #52 Stitches, #58 word Up, #59 Get Outdoors, #62 I Go Here, #66 Vacation. TOTAL = 17 points. Thank you for the wonderful sketch grammadee . I'm really happy with this LO, and even happier that I was able to put my own spin on it rather than copying it exactly (which is what I usually do).

This is lovely, AussieMeg! Splitting the photo into 3 like that is brilliant. Awesome title. And I love the kites/ flags floating up the side. As for counting points, go ahead and do that all through December if you like. I think stinkerbelle and kiwigirl are challenging themselves to beat their own records, and I think anyone is welcome to join in!

Thanks for playing, @elaynef! Love your take on the sketch! I love that you adapted it to the 8 1/2 x 11" page. What a fun set of photos, and they lend themselves perfectly to the tilted design! That leafy border is a nice touch.

I only used 2 photos for this one as I was shrinking it down to 8.5x11

Okay, this is my version of the sketch with 4 photos. My title wouldn't fit in the oval, so I used the oval on the side. Thanks for the idea, grammadee!
