I'm about to place a large order on Cheryl's cookies and the shipping cost is approx $135. They are also offering a promo for Celebrations Passport - $19.99 for a year of free shipping from Cheryl's and their sister companies, so if I bought it, I'd save $115 in shipping costs. Somehow, that just seems too good to be true, so I'm wondering if anyone has purchased that membership and if it has any hidden gotchas. I do know that it will automatically renew each year, so I'll make a tickler to cancel (although, I'm sure that in a year, my current credit card will be breeched at least twice so that number won't be valid a year from now anyway...)

dillydally Yes I have subscribed in the past and used it with several of their sister companies. No hidden gotchas!

Yep. I used to and ordered multiple boxes every month with no hassle.

I usually just use Shoprunner when I order from Cheryl's (free shipping, but some sale items are excluded) which you can join for free if you have an American Express card or you can sign up for a free one year trial membership through paypal: www.shoprunner.com/p/paypal

I signed up for that too - it wouldn't let me use a promo code with my Cheryl's order so I went ahead and got the Celebrations passport, but since this was free, I'll give it a whirl as well.
