On the tenth day of Christmas, my scraproom gave to me
Cards and pages leaping merrily!
Don't know much about Leaping Lords, but I thought it would be fun to try to get some action on our projects. For this challenge,
Add some kind of interactive element to your page or card. I am thinking flip up panels in December Daily books or album pages, shaker cards, pull out tabs... Spinners? Diecut pop ups? Pinwheels?
&/or Use an image on your project of something or someone in action. Leaping reindeer. Sledding children. A one horse open sleigh.
&/or Share a photo of someone mid action: running, jumping, playing. Snow angels, anyone? Or maybe just gift wrapping, or decorating the tree? Making cookies?
&/or In honour of all that action, include at least one ARROW on your project, any size. A swirly one showing action would be great, but any arrow will do for a point. Give yourself a point for every arrow on your project. A set of 3 chevrons counts as an arrow.
&/or Create a Top TEN list. It could be a wish list for Santa. Or favorite seasonal foods or activities. Ten tasks you wish you had elves to do for you. Best gifts EVER: given or received.
&/or Share a story about your "normal" December activities. How are you doing this year? Keeping up with your planned activities? Need to "leap" into gear soon?

I got my peanut brittle made and my cards in the mail (mostly because I didn't sign up for the big peas exchange). I have the finishing touches to go on a wreath for a silent auction at work.
One thing I've leapt into that is adding a bit of stress to my life is two craft sales at work. I suggested to my adult students that we could do them as a class fundraiser. I figured it would be an easy way for me to get rid of a backlog of craft supplies. At that time I didn't realize there would be a second sale. We're having a craft day and a baking day at school to try and create some stock to sell. Meanwhile I'm treating it as an excuse to try all the Pinterest ideas. My poor DH who ends up dealing with the mess and my more will be glad when it's over.

Good thing we went to that trampoline gym over the Thanksgiving break! I wish I'd been able to get better jumping shots of my nephew but I was too busy jumping around myself and attempting trust falls into the foam pits. I got some terrible jumping selfies that I put on Instagram stories so they'd disappear after a day! Good fun. Even if we were the only adults jumping... Here's my husband leaping into a pit of foam: Lords a Leaping merrily Day 10 by jo.blackford, on Flickr

Awesome stinkerbelle, I love all the words on there, it's fabulous! And the cute little embellishments, the flair with sunnies I love! Great work, I see lots of points on there too

This is my LO of action shots - some of my favourite photos of my son from his 2017 football season. Every year I take photos of all the boys every game, then at the end of the year I do a collage for each of them of their best action shots. I didn't do it this year because one of the dads, whose son was new to our team, had a pro camera with one of those big arse fancy pro lens and tripod that he brought to every game. I suffered a bit of lens envy and was too embarrassed to bring out my diddly little EOS 600D with the 300mm lens! I used papers and elements from the 'Birthday Wishes - Boy' kit by Ooh La La Scraps and the 'Chasing Rainbows' kit by Just So Scrappy. I am not particularly happy with the placement of the elements, but I have pfaffed about with it too long, so I think I'll put it aside for a week or so then look at it with fresh eyes and see if I can fix it to my liking.

This layout has many photos of people sledding. We got snowed in in Oregon one Christmas and got to spend a couple extra days visiting family. They took us up to one of their favorite sledding spots. I used a layout on pinterest as inspiration. Sledding
