You know those boxes at michaels (not the photo storage ones) but they are different shapes and size. Some have a magnetic closure on the flap part. They all have designs on them.
Anyways I bought some to alter and when I painted a box with acrylic paint the paint kept chipping off...so my question is...what kind of paint will work on this so it won't be chipping?
Thanks for the help!!

I would try a light sanding of the box first, then paint it with a coat of gesso. Then you could totally use acrylic paints on it. It sounds like a fun project! my blog: Artful Scrapbooking

Thanks so much!!!! I never worked with gesso but I have seen it used many times. Going to give this a try.
