I placed an order for several items, including 2 large, costly flowers that coordinated with the collection I was buying (I consider $5 for one flower pretty pricey). She only sent 1, didn't credit my account or mention it, substituted it with some lesser item in which I had no interest. I ordered 2 because I needed 2. I didn't contact her about it, but I won't buy there again.

Thanks for the replies. I found their facebook page but their last post was from a few years ago....so it made me wonder if they were still in business. Gem girl - sorry you had a bad experience. I found a collection that I'd like to buy but I don't want bits and pieces of it....want to buy the whole collection at one shop. I would be upset if I didn't get all that I paid for and they didn't send me an email to let me know it was out of stock. I think I'll keep looking.

Never had a problem with them. If you are worried you could ask for an Email if they are out of something before they send it.

Anyone buy from them recently? I cannot access my account on their site and there is no phone number to contact them (which is quite annoying I might add). I did the whole forgot-my-password thing and the link they sent to me doesn't work. Twice  I've watched their site periodically and sales items have changed so I think they are still an active business. It's annoying that I cannot place an order, even as a guest, because my email address is recognized as tied to an account, which I cannot access!!! Maybe I don't need that stuff anyway!! |

They had a booth at the Ontario Scrapbook expo. Bought about $17 of product (everything was pretty discounted) and it was all hand-written. I didn't want to use my CC with them at all. But that was October 11? Something like that.

I have ordered from them several times and have been very satisfied. My last order was around Memorial day and the owner emailed me to let me know they were out of town and wouldn't be able to mail my order until the following Monday, if I remember correctly I ordered on a Thursday or Friday and I received my order by the following Wednesday or Thursday. They had included 3 items which I assumed was for not being able to mail out the same day or next business day. The items I received were new product and worth at least four to five dollars each in retail. It was very nice of them to do that and really not necessary, but I was really surprised at what they sent even though I received my items within a week. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Sorry, I should have followed up here. I did get an email from them and they reset my password.
I still don't like that there is no phone number available to contact them. I've seen other sites do this as well and it really bugs me!
