Do you have a cloud library and a local library? Silhouette made that change for us a few months ago. On one hand it's great because some of your images are backed up to the cloud, but on the other, you have to make sure you know where you saved new things. But you should be able to click at the top of the library list on the left hand side, to see ALL your images.

You may already know this, but you can create folders in the software. Then you can highlight designs in one library, and drag and drop them to the folder of the cloud library.
To get purchased designs (automatically stored in the cloud library, as well as on your computer) into the local user library, open the design as if you are going to cut it, then do a "save as" and save to library. It then goes to "User Designs" folder, or something like that. I do that if I want to tweak a purchased design, or combine it with another purchased design, especially if I want to use it again soon or use it frequently. I have thousands of purchased files, and it's easier for me to find in the local library user designs folder.
