Frugalpea? Was the one with the feet. Yes, Lysol Boy was Yakiscrappy. Does anyone remember the pea that I want to say was Canadian and adopted twins and posted some thread once asking how to stick to a shopping budget of like, $6000 a month or something insane?? Like, it was a real struggle for her. I think she was trying to breastfeed the adopted babies if that rings a bell? I want to say she had Boston in her name?

I have to admit I’m confused. $6k a month budget may sound like a lot, but depending on where you live and what your expenses are (say medical, big school loans)...that can go fast.

No I remember that one, it was $6k discretionary spending or something, she was buying $2k of books a month on amazon or some nonsense. 6k was not her household budget, it was her extras.

Cause it blew my mind, that she couldn’t figure out how to “not” spend $600 a month on books, for babies.

Yeah, I think I might be able to make that work without too much outside help.

The french teenagers was when someone was posting some crazy stuff, and then later she came back on to say she had company, and it was visiting french teenagers that were using her computer, and THEY posted the stuff, because she never logged off. UHUH... I remember that. I think her name had Bird or Basket in it. I picture a checkered tablet cloth in my mind when I remember that whole deal. She was a really nice Pea - but then kinda went batshit crazy at the end.

I think maybe her name was possibly Brooklyn and she had a baby girl. For some reason I am thinking she might have given the baby up for adoption and then later married a country musician. I am not sure that I am getting the whole story correct so please do correct me if I am wrong.

I vaguely remember this. What happened again? Did they submit pages that weren't their own? Or scrap lift someone else's ideas? I remember someone having a picture of her feet in her signature line. It was a horrible washed out photo and every time I saw it I thought I was looking at some dead person's feet. IIRC the whitewater rafting photo was a stock photo, and the HOF rules said you had to use a photo that you took yourself.

All the lady boners over Slower Joe.
Heartcat and her epic freaking responses to every thread. Chick just could NOT get a point across in 2 sentences or less.
Beadhound and the french teenagers - boy was THAT a flameout.

Goodness I remember all these stories. I was a lurker, I posted something that I can't even remember now and someone said something nasty and I was totally turned off. I have a thin skin still. LOL 2peas wasn't a year old when I joined. I came from aol scrap forums & croppers cottage.
I remember a gal I think she lived in the north east who had a really cute little kid with curly brown hair who and lived in a really cute house. I think she was into using an old press to make engraved wedding cards/invitations. I always liked her. Can't think of her name.

The rules were that the picture had to be taken by the person doing the layout submission. Since she was in the picture she couldn’t have taken it. She tried to explain how she had the camera on the side of the bank and it was on some timer. Yeah, right.

Heartcat and her epic freaking responses to every thread. I remember also the threads she would post with her thrift stores finds. Not only stuff for her home, but whole outfits with accessories that she would put together from her finds.

MaryMary was one of the first peas to really ‘stand out’ to me. I remember you posted a couple photos of your kids from a family shoot outside and you narrated a funny statement about each of the kids’ facial expressions, or their hair, etc. I seem to think you did that more than once, and I would laugh my ass off every time. You are so dang funny, lady!!

I remember Belle, apparently I taste like mangoes. I also remember some lively discussions about merkins and MSP. Cherrymoon's drawing of how to insert a diva cup will always hold a special place in my heart too. Does anyone remember a pea with "smartypants" in her name? I remember she lived in/near NY and had an adorable son with some disabilities. She said something once about wishing our time away (like "I wish it was Friday") - after she lost her mom (I think), that's something that has always stuck with me. I often wonder how she and her son are doing now. Tempe and the kitten heels is always good for an eye rolling laugh too... I remember her!!!! Little dark haired boy??

I remember cherrymoon's (?) drawings. So funny! And another pea who could take a sample of anyone's handwriting and turn it into a type-able font. I never got around to making mine. Pam I loved those fonts! I used them a lot!!!!!

Was it here that there was a well-known member that was a pagan or something & outed as a fraud in some way? I’m remembering a stunning profile picture in a red gown.

Fleur was the British pea who lived in France and had the French teenagers supposedly post as her. Her daughter was also a pea. Her name was Leigh Jane. Beadhound was the anti-LE jewelry making pea. She sold her jewelry on Etsy. I bought one of her necklaces before her epic hair flip. 🥴

I remember a person named Melissa, I think, that had some kind of donation thing going to go pick up a dog from another state. I vaguely remember reading page after page after page about the drama that ensued and knew this site was just crazy enough to call home.
