Those mini wood spindles in the living room remind me of my 70's childhood home and the giant wood spindles that were on our kitchen peninsula. When I don't see any bedrooms and especially bathrooms, I assume they need updating. Meanwhile, where I live the most expensive home in the entire county is 1.7 million. Built in 2007, six bedrooms, six baths, 6400 square feet, 30 acres of land, beautiful landscaping, barn, fruit trees, and other outbuildings. It's also boring as hell and not near anything worth while.

Here's the most expensive in my 'hood. Newport BeachNote how little land compared to the other homes! I like the location, but it doesn't look like a house. Not my taste at all.

Here's the most expensive in my 'hood. Newport BeachNote how little land compared to the other homes! I know that house! the rumor was always that the mafia owned it lol. I used to paddle board around it when my family had a house on Balboa Island. All those little islands are amazing. Now that is interesting!

I can't believe the prices of the houses in Aspen! It's insane in Aspen.... I don't even know how they get people to work up there. Some places in the mountains are starting to build 'affordable' housing, where you have to prove you live up there full time and work and not make the wages to afford it. But holy hell I couldn't even afford the affordable... lol
