We talked about it in another thread a few months ago and a few people asked to see it but I can't remember which thread it was so I'm just going to put it out there. The video is public so you should be able to see it. I'm not happy with it, but I don't plan to be this vulnerable on a stage again, so it's not going to get any better. I'm hoping the corporate video is better but this will do. This was one of my sessions as a trainer for my corporate office so it does talk about my business and how it's impacted my situation. Doing this was an incredibly huge challenge for me, I nearly had a panic attack and bawled my face off 15 minutes before I went on stage, and I was doped up on benadryl after an allergic reaction on Friday night so I'm just going to ask that if you dislike me and/or my business to skip this post. If you decide to listen and think I'm an asshole, tell me about it later.  This is officially the most nervous I've ever been to post something here. 3-2-1 . My word presentation |

You did a fantastic job!! You were confident and funny and engaging... and also hot.  Every time you mentioned failing I wanted to both shout at you and hug you... I hope you realize now that none of those things were failures. |

You did an amazing presentation & look fantastic!!! You are such a beautiful woman inside & out & it totally shows in this video. This video should be shown to all pregnant teens to show them that their life is not over, it is just a new chapter that needs to be read. I don’t have the right to say I’m proud of you but if I did I damn well would!!!

You really are AMAZING! 'Met' you when you still in Virginia. You have come so far. You should be very proud of yourself. You raised 3 great kids!!
You failed at things but you were never a true failure! You learned from your mistakes. Look where you are NOW!! Big shot on a stage doing a great presentation!!

Thank you so much. I'm grateful that I worked with this group of women for 2 hours the day before so there were some familiar faces. I can talk all day long as long as it's business content and not something that makes me feel vulnerable. I'm getting there There was a woman that stopped me after lunch Saturday and told me that she lived my story but from the other side and she didn't realize what it was like from a mothers perspective. She went to her room and called her mom to thank her for all of the things she did to make her think she had the best childhood ever. That 100% made my anxiety worth it. I'm at a place now where I believe that every struggle I ever faced has set me up and taught me a lot of lessons. It was all for a reason and I'm on a mission to explore exactly what my purpose is every day that I have the chance. Every person who had something to say is a piece of my puzzle so as crappy as it was, I'm grateful for it. Without it, I don't know if I would have gotten pissed off enough to do something about it. |

There is a quote that says something like it does not matter how many times you are knocked down, it matters how many times you get back up. That is you, got up more times than you were knocked down. That shows character, strength and resilience. You deserve all the good things that are now coming your way. I think you did a great job! I hate public speaking too, but can do it when there are familiar faces. Funny thing, I was a trainer at one time but I was training geeks so that's a familiar crowd for me lol!
