We have had foxes come up in our backyard before, but I haven't seen any in a year or so. One year, we had a fox family and the baby was adorable. Although we haven't seen the fox lately, we do see deer pretty regularly still.

We have beautiful foxes in our area. It's fun to watch them, except the one who was giving himself a mega bath in the middle of a busy intersection.

About 4 years ago, a pair had little kits and brought them to our yard about sunrise. We got to see the parents and the 2 kits. I wonder if these are the kits all grown up--or if the kits have to go to another place to establish their adult life.

I just looked at my back door camera and saw two raccoons and a feral cat checking out the burnt sauce pan my son put out there two weeks ago. I'm waiting to see if he'll clean it before he moves out next month. I bet he continues to step over and around it until he's gone.
Meanwhile, seems to make an excellent wildlife watering hole! Raccoons terrify me. That pan can stay out there forever as far as I'm concerned. It's clearly contaminated with rabies and distemper now. 😯😯😯

I love foxes! I shouldn't say that because they are such a pest species here but I think they are so clever and beautiful. What other species have you caught pics of?

What a beauty. My vote is that the camera is giving his eye a funny look. I think if he had something wrong with his eye, he wouldn't be in such superb condition.
