I bake mine in the oven on foil ... turn them over every 20 minutes until done ... then toss them in Frank's Buffalo Sauce mixed with melted butter (I think it is one bottle and 1/2 cup butter) ... they are so yummy

I had a recipe I made repeatedly and we didn't really love them, so I googled. Ran across this recipe and they are perfect! Exactly the flavor we were looking for. And do bake them on a rack so they bake "dry" as that makes a big difference. Epic Dry-Rubbed Baked WingsIt is a LOT of spices. But I swear these are worth it. I do sub on a spice or two based on what I have in my cabinet with no adverse affect.

I roll them in Parmesan and garlic powder and black pepper and spray them with oil and run them through the air fryer. I have a kabob rack where they can stand upright and they get super crispy and delicious.

Thanks for sharing this recipe. I'm going to give it a try next time I pick up some wings. I've had such epic fails with BBQ wings sticking to foil, silpat mats, racks, etc. that I gave up making them.

Coat with salt pepper and flour. Fry until golden brown
Toss with franks red hot sauce( mix with some butter ) , not the buffalo sauce.
Now you have buffalo wings. Or pudgies pizza wings.

Funny that is the one recipe I saw and thought about and decide it was too many spices... but with a strong recommendation I will buy the spices.. honestly my spice cabinet can use a refresh! Thanks

I'd just skip it. Or sub something similar. Add more cayenne maybe.

DH does them on the BBQ... a bit of work but the turn out great.... we then divide them up, grab a bowl with a lid and flavour as we like!!!!

Ancho is fruity and smoky with some heat. I’d sub a little more smoked paprika and a little more cayenne and brown sugar.
