Has anyone tried the 110 lb. cardstock from Joann's? It's branded Park Lane Paperie. I'm almost out of my white PTI cardstock that I use for card bases and was hoping to try something else. The Joann's kind only came in a large package, so I didn't want to be stuck with a ton of it isn't any good!

I haven’t tried the Joann’s one but another option for 110lb white card stock at least is the heavyweight Neenah Solar white.

I currently use Michael's 110 lb. white cardstock so I'll be watching for a review of the JoAnn's. I also like the Neenah solar white 110 lb. but price is usually around $55 for 250 sheets on Amazon vs. $9 with coupon for 100 sheets of the Michael's.

I noticed they rebranded a lot of things under the Park Lane brand, but I think it's still made by Core'dinations, like their paper packs were before. I don't know that for certain, it's just my guess. I will say that I have tried the 110 lb from Michael's and while I have no complaints about the weight, I disliked the texture. To me it's rough, not smooth like the Neenah. It's not something you can see visually, it's just how it feels in my hands, so I went back to the Neenah, but it's definitely an indulgence compared to the Recollections brand.

I would be wary about the 110lb weight designation too, because that can actually mean different things depending on whether it's index or cover weight. 110lb index is actually lighter than 80lb cover weight (80lb is what I use for card panels, 110lb for card bases). There's a table guide here110lb cover weight Neenah is very heavy, sturdy cardstock. I wouldn't trust that Joann's is cover weight - in fact, I'd bet it is actually index weight (just because I know their stuff tends towards lower quality generally). Do they list the gsm? Or a package weight you can compare? I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with PTI to know how heavy their cardstock is to compare. I've definitely been stung before, buying online, getting a ream of index weight card that wasn't anywhere close to sturdy enough for the cards I was making. And all of the Michael's/Joann's store brand cardstock I've ever bought has been flimsy - Ok for layers but definitely not for card bases.

I haven’t felt the 110 at J’s but their 65 is extremely flimsy so i passed on their 110. I Iam guessing it must be index not cover weight.

The 65 lb. says it's 176 gsm, but it doesn't list the info for the 110 lb. Strange.

I took a photo, so I'll have it with me next time I shop. I buy a lot of white 8.5x11 paper for photo mats. I buy it at TM quite often. The last package I purchased is very heavy, like poster board. I'm using it for printing planner pages.

I picked up a pack of Michaels 110 lb. card stock (100 sheets) this week. It's listed on the package as 300 g/m. It works well for card bases and for stamping on. I don't use it for Copic coloring, however. That's a job for Neenah.

I also picked up a pack of this, as they let me have it for 50% off during the sale. 7.99 for 250 sheets of #110 so that seemed good. While I liked it ok, it was very heavy. Much better for a card base than stamp and cut imo. I did then pick up a pack of the # 80 neenah solar white classic crest and it was MUCH nicer. Thank you Joblackford for sending me a sample.

Hi, which cardstock has 250 sheets for $7.99? Is it the Tecollections or Parklane? Thanks!

It was the parklane cardstock, but I don't think I was really supposed to get it for 50% off, she said, well it doesn't really say, so I will let you have it and I was like, "ok!". It was a little thick for me.
