I'm headed to Michigan in the morning so I'm doing a fridge clean out. I'm having leftover funeral sandwiches. Anyone know if they reheat well? What are you cooking tonight?

My favorite! My mom brought me my first baking pumpkin of the year. We're having pumpkin stuffed with everything good. And I guess a salad. AKathy, be sure to reheat the funeral sandwiches in the oven, not the microwave, and they'll be fine.

I have no idea! This is the point in the week that I start thinking, "do we really need to eat dinner AGAIN?"

We are having grilled salmon, steamed shrimp and the rest of the zucchini we've been eating off for the last week (it was the size of my calf). We've been trying to clean out the freezer, so whatever sounds good in the freezer is what I pull out. I wanted fish, he wanted shrimp.

We had some wild boar sausage in the freezer (from a friend) so I thawed that. Think I'll brown it with peppers and onions and have black beans and rice with it. NO idea what it tastes like! Lol

I picked up a costco chicken this morning and some nice torta rolls. So chicken/provolone/avocado sandwiches with leftover coleslaw.

It is a rainy and chilly day here, so I think it will be beef stew for dinner. I may make some cornbread or corn muffins to go along with it if I have time.

I finally feel like the stomach thing has left the building, and I am a bit hungry. I made an old fashioned chicken casserole the other day, so I just ate a bit of that. The boy is eating with his girlfriend tonight, he thinks her family will feed him better than I will. LOL (although, between you and I? he is probably right. cooking still isn't very high on my list.)

It's Wednesday....homemade pizza....sometimes I wish Little Caesars wasn't on the other side of town. I think I spend more than $10 on ingredients for two pizzas!

I'm back from the UK, and ready to start cooking after a 2 week break. My mum insists on looking after me It was good to not have to think about meal planning, but I'm ready to pick my own menus again So tonight we are having a potato, chicken, bacon and leek bake.

Steaks and corn from the grill. If it cools down some, we'd like to eat on the patio. Last I looked it was 94 !

Panko crusted salmon, spinach and orzo with broccoli. A quick 30 minute meal and I've got leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I love reading this thread because it always helps me decide our menu for the week. You ladies always have delicious suggestions!

Roasted dinner here while my parents are visiting. Roast lamb with gravy, roast potatoes and butternut squash, and carrots with steamed peas and cauliflower.
