Curious as to whether any of you own a Lovesac Sactional and would give your review of yours. I like that they are so versatile and you can change out the covers but they are so expensive. Are they worth the money? Are you glad that you bought one? Is yours comfortable? Have you bought additional cover sets? Additional pieces? I was a bit shocked to see the price of the cover sets but thinking that they may have sales from time to time. Thanks in advance.

I have one. We needed something kid and dog proof that was comfortable and sturdy. The fabric is amazing. It’s some kind of chocolate brown velvet that doesn’t hold onto dog hair—it sweeps right off. Same for drink spills—you just wipe it right of. The fabric is super soft. There are three cushion types—firm, feather top, and fluffy (basically hard, medium, soft) we did mostly medium with a hard on each edge and after about a week, we bought a couple more hard sturdy cushions—they are so comfortable. They are expensive but we’ve already contorted it into a double bed and then back to a couch. That are pretty flexible. When you look at it, it just looks like a brown sectional, but once you sit in it, maybe have a dog hop up in your lap, spill your drink, and I meander over with a paper towel and life is good again. I recommend going to the store. You can see and feel all the fabric textures and you can sit on the different cushions. They also have blocs and drawing to show you what and how many pieces you need for certain looks. It’s kinda fun.

I am so, so sorry, but I have to share that I am having the biggest giggle over the name Lovesac. I am so much a 12 year old boy at times, I guess. It just makes me think of FFC's 'favorite scent post' and I can't help it. Massive giggle fit I'm having here.

I finally opened this thread up just to see what a "Lovesac Sactional" was, but the stuff running through my mind was NOT couch-related!

We did go to the store last weekend since we were thinking about possibly getting one. I had looked online and, because of expense, we were considering getting two seats, 2 backs and 2 sides, if we got one at all. Once we got to the store we really liked what we saw. The ability to change it out, rearrange and add to was impressive. Love the fabrics and the option to order more custom made covers so I could change them out. They did not mention price of the covers. That was a whole new heart attack when I went online and looked. LOL! They had one set up with 5 seats (2 were used as footstools), so a 3 seat sofa, that we liked. We left to go eat and think about it, then decided to just come home. Then we called back to order. (They were over an hour away) They were having a Presidents Sale so we ordered the 5 seats, 3 backs, and 4 roll arms. (I think that I will use one of the seats as a chair). That quailified us for 20% off and 48 months financing with 0% interest. No need to tie up money if you can use theirs for free. We also chose the chocolate brown velvet. The saleswoman said that the velvet and the Chenille hold up the best of the quick ship fabrics if you have pets. We have 2 small dogs that are always getting on the sofa. I didn’t want to wait forever to get the sofa so I didn’t ask about the best fabrics for pets from the custom list. I don’t know of anyone personally that has one so just thought I would ask here and get some verification from a Pea that they are as good as I have heard and we didn’t make a mistake getting one. Have you ordered any extra covers for yours? I am hoping that they will have a big sale one day and I can get a custom cover for a lot less. I really would love the red micro velvet to use at Christmas, but goodness, gracious, the price.

I have one and TBH, I am not that happy with it. I've had it about 5 years. I have 5 complete bottom/back pieces, two extra backs that make the arms and one extra bottom so it makes a chaise. It takes up a lot of room. We chose the microfiber cloth in dark brown.
I was constantly having to repair the seams on it for a while. Now it's been about 6 months since I had to take a needle to it.
It is nice that you can wash the covers. I've done just the seat cushions and was really nervous that they were going to fade, but yay! They didn't.
I don't think it's all that comfy and it can get very hot if you are tucked into a corner.
It's great that you can take off the back pillows, plop a sheet on the bottom and boom, extra bed.
Hope that helps.

Hope that helps. Which filling did you get with yours? We got the Lovesoft filling. It felt the most comfortable to both of us at the store. Hopefully it will still be comfortable at home. I also like that it it can make a bed. We bought a house with all bedrooms upstairs so I am worried that my Mom might not be able to get up and down the steps when she comes to visit. I read one review on Reddit where a man had his sactional for a while and his was not as comfortable as the one in the store. They had him take a cushion in and also the cover. He said that the store exchanged all the cushions and also the covers because they thought that the covers on the seat cushions might be to tight and be causing the cushion to be less comfortable. They couldn’t replace the seat cushions covers only, because the cover color had been discontinued. He got a whole new cover set. Have you checked the ones at the store to see if they are the same comfort as yours? That might explain the seams splitting too. It might be worth checking into.

We have one with the Lovesoft filling. I find it very comfortable. When my Mom was over visiting she thought it was too soft. LOL. I love the fact that you can change the configuration whenever you want. We currently have ours as a loveseat with 2 ottomans attached. It's like a big bed we can lounge on to watch tv. Ours is 2-3 years old and i haven't taken the covers off to wash them yet, but the couch still looks new. The Lovesoft filling is super easy to fluff up so the cushions always look good.

I had to look it up to be sure too. The spelling of sectional made me question what I believe to be the Lovesac. It's okay to be twelve now and then.

I thought about that too. My Mom had double hip replacement so she may need a firmer seat to make it easier to get up and down. We can add another insert with the firm foam or get just the top cushion to use when she is here. I have trouble with my hips too but I keep my Sleep Number bed on 30 and that works for me. A firmer SN causes pain in my hips when I get up. Hopefully the sactional will work the same way. I am anxious for it to get here. This morning I had an email from Lovesac that said my order was on its way. Upon further review, it is just the samples I ordered of the other covers that I would like to eventually get. The wait continues. I am not known for my patience and it has already been 2.5 days.

I received an email this morning that our order has shipped and will be here Tuesday. Yay! There are like about 50 million boxes headed this way and a long list of tracking numbers. It is going to be an interesting day, especially the part that involves me getting them all into the house. They won’t all fit on the porch. Now we have to figure out what to do with the sofa that we have. Hubby says that we can’t set up the new one until we get rid of the old one. I don’t want to have to wait and I don’t want to have to sit on the floor overnight. I have been watching videos of how to set it up and I think that I can have it set up by the time he comes home, if it comes early enough. I can slide the pieces of the old sectional into the kitchen for a while. We have a big kitchen and hardwood floors and the opening between the family room and kitchen are wide. He will be surprised or shocked. I am thinking about posting the old sofa on Nextdoor but I am not thrilled with letting strangers into our home. If it would just quit raining long enough, we could put it in the driveway for people to look at.

I spent all summer house sitting for my friend who had one and when the guy I'm seeing would come over, we'd always complain about how it was the wooooorst couch ever. When my BFF told me about the couch and how much $$$ it was, I about fell over. Literally the most uncomfortable (and so low to the ground!) everrrr.

I am driving home with part of a couch in the back of my van. We just bought a 3 seater with 2 arms, an ottoman, two of the wood drink holders to go over the arms, and the wood table for the ottoman. Plus we have the little mini beanbag footrest (I think that’s what it is).
Best part—$850 total at a local outlet!
DH and I are very short—5’2” and 5’4”. It is so hard for us to get furniture to fit, but this.was.perfect! He was hemming and hawing and somewhat hesitant to buy it, but I pulled up the reviews and the regular price, and this thread LOL, and he was sold.
When we went to check out, the cashier asked if I had called about it earlier, and I said no. She said someone had called and wanted them to hold it, so she was surprised it was still on the floor. [They don’t do holds, but this person was adamant that they wanted and would be in to purchase.] Oh well, you snooze, you lose!
DH was only hesitant because it was black, and he wasn’t sure he wanted that, but we are repainting our family room light gray, and I think it will look awesome with some colorful accent pillows.
I am supposed to pick up the rest of it tomorrow, but the store owner said don’t worry about it if we get the 6-10 inches of snow predicted tonight!
I saw some really nice power recliners in gray that looked nice beside the sactional on the showroom floor, so I might pick up one to finish our family room. DH loves his recliner, so I think I need one in addition to the sactional.
ERA: I looked up the regular price of all the pieces/accessories we bought—$3685, and that doesn’t include the throw pillows (I couldn’t find those on the website).

Best part—$850 total at a local outlet! Where do we find one? Or how? We just lucked into this one. It was part of a furniture buyout the auction/outlet owner came actoss. The cashier said she had wondered if it would ever sell because nobody seemed to know what it was when they came into the store, and it was priced considerably higher than most of their other stuff. I may be calling back on a regular basis to see if they get any more in LOL. I would love one for our basement!

I had no idea these things existed. I've seen the bean bag type chair, but have no use for those. I am now totally in love with the sactionals! I like that you can start out small and add each year if you want to. I like the arm drink holder. I love that you can rearrange and change out the covers, but most of all, I like that I can wash them! I now need these. I will tack this onto the list of things I must have in my new home.

I am in LOVE with this coat, and since we are getting 6-10 Inches of snow overnight, I might wear it tomorrow. I am going to start checking this place out on a regular basis.

We’ve had ours for about three months. I had been looking at them for a while but couldn’t justify the expense, even with the versatility. After the pandemic started though Lovesac offered a 40% discount for healthcare workers/military/teachers. I figured I’d never get a deal as good as that again so I purchased one. I have four bases/five sides, in the tan chenille. So far I really like them. I had to put them together myself and it took some work (primarily getting them all out of the boxes and getting the covers on) but it looks great in my living room. We’re still breaking them in but they’ve gotten more comfortable as we’ve used them. I bought a backup set of each cover just in case we had a spill or rip in the future that couldn’t be cleaned or fixed. I like the fact that if we downsize someday we can reconfigure it to fit a new space, and we can completely change out the covers in the future if we want to. They are also deep enough, without the back cushion, to work as an extra bed if needed. A twin-size sheet fits just right over the bottom cushions of two sections . Here’s what my sofa looked like right after I put it together. (if it’s visible. I don’t use Imgur that much and I’m not sure if I did it right). My cat claimed it quickly. The wrinkling on the sides of the cushions smoothed out as the inserts relaxed more.
