Ribbon. I have 4 shoebox bins. And the ribbon is off the spools on those cards. I've used it a bit and still do but not nearly as much as I use to buy it. I have another of lace ribbon but I use that bin so much more.

I have a lot of everything, but stamps are the embarrassing part... I rarely use stamps... I'll use date stamps, the occasional word/phrase, and some basic label, sequin, background ones... I love the idea of stamps and watch a bunch of stampers on YouTube, but I somehow don't think to use them myself...

Ribbon, lace and alpha stickers. I have stopped buying all of it but I still itch when I see new stuff.

Paper... Though I have started to dehoard some as I have used a bunch for a fundraiser we did for our music kids trip to Disney... lets just say making 400 8 inch Mickey heads uses a lot of paper...

Ribbon I think. I went through a stage of buying it in every possible colour and now I hardly use it on cards or layouts. I think I'm going to start using it for packaging

There's no one thing that I hoard in particular, but my compulsion is to 'have them all'. To elaborate: I have every color marker Zig makes - both writers & brush markers. Slice has a cute little book to store the design cards in. I will not rest until I have filled the book. When I was scrapping 8.5x11, I went to a website (gonescrappin) and ordered one package of every color cardstock they offered. I've been able to stop myself w/Bazzill, but I'm thinking about it. While I don't have them all, I am slowly collecting TH Distress Inks & Adirondack alcohol inks. I rarely use them. I just like the idea of having them all. Get the idea? YES! I do this, too. And worse, I do it with my mom. If she likes ONE THING then I have to get ALL THE COLORS! or ALL THE DESIGNS! I "justify" my purchases because they're gifts and I could always borrow them, which means TWO people can use them, right? I'm currently working on getting her all the Julie Nutting doll stamps. And there are a LOT that came out this year.

I am ashamed of my wood veneer and album collection. I have SO much bloody wood veneer but I NEVER use it on ANYTHING. And albums - well, I have about twenty small albums (handbooks, etc) that have had absolutely NOTHING done to them. They just take up space being all empty and such... lol

all of the above...and there will never be a purge. I don't really care if I am mixing 1998 paper with 2010 embellishments and 2014 pictures. I live for variety!!!!! Unfortunately, that's me too. I have more paper than 100 scrapbookers will use in my lifetime. But I can't let it go and I mix all kinds of old and new together. I truly have a lifetime supply!
