If I was possibly in love with my dog a little too much and was considering a camera system for my dog, what would I be looking at? Obviously, I'm crazy enough that I want to invest some bucks in this, but not crazy enough that I want to get some cheap crap from China like what came up when I searched on Amazon.
So seriously, if I wanted to see my baby right now, who I fully recognize is not going to give a hoot that I'm video calling him, what can I put in my cart today?
This doggie mom thanks you in advance for your recommendation.

I use Wyze. It was $20. An app on my phone and it is perfect. I can record video if I was wanting to use it as a security cam. They have one that is $10 more, I think, and it will pan across the room if need be. I have had this since mid-summer and have had no problems. Oh and you can talk to them through the camera!

I have 2 Netvue cameras. One is a stationary, which I purchased first, then I bought the larger Orb Netvue Orb . I purchased the Wyze first, but had to return it because we couldn't get it to work with our internet. I've been very happy with the Netvue. It does exactly what I need it to do at the right price. It looks like there is a new, cheaper model available now.

I have the Cloud Cam. I bought it on Prime Day for half off. It has 2 way audio also, so you can baby talk to your dog (not that I know anything about that )

OMG THAT FACE...
I would want to see that pretty often, too!
I think what keeps me from doing something similar is working-Mom guilt. Mine would mostly just be sleeping all day and I would feel badly (for them AND for me) that I wasn't there with them to play or walk.
Seems like there are a lot of options...I had no idea.

Furbo. It has a cam, 2 way microphone and dispenses treats. Love it. I have 2 schnauzers. The 6 year old will hang up upstairs or in my chair in the livingroom. The 3 year old is always up to no good. But he's the one enthused with the treats also. If they bark, I get a notification on my phone and I can bring up the app and tell them to be quiet. If they're really active, notification. If it sees a human, notification. However, often times my 13 pound dog is a human to the system.
