This is my LO for the Sketchy Saturday March 9th challenge. I used the Christmas Season kit by Lindsay Jane and various elements by Katie Pertiet.  Points: 1 for the LO, 1 for sharing, #3 Sketchy Saturday, #4 Scrappy Bingo (18 points), #5 Lion/Lamb, #8 Stripes & Polka Dots, #7 heart, #14 rectangles, #15 square, #18 embossing, #26 stars, #30 stitch in time, #38 Spring-kle, #41 Digi see this, #53 page kit, #54 glitter, #55 fasten it, #60 ribbon, #61 mixed media, #64 colourful cluster (2), #70 Three's the charm TOTAL = 39 points This is adorable! I love all the little touches like all the splattering and the layered, scalloped border. Dogs are so funny in photos, aren't they? I have found they always find a way to look vexed when it comes to holiday photos. LOL. |

Linda , I love seeing those blues again. Love the clean & simple design and the nautical elements. thracian , I am glad you decided to share again here. I got behind commenting on the crop thread. I love your layers here: great colours and patterns, tilts and shapes. That giant doily is a lovely soft element.

Thanks grammadee thracian - love the colours and the doily - such a sweet layout! another one from me - some of these photos DS27 sends are a bit challenging in that there aren't a lot of colours to work with or embellishments to use - but they give me a chance to pick a paper and run with it. angel97701 -those are beautiful! - I love that delicate border on the butterflies page and the soft, wintrey colours on snow. And the contrast between the busy background and the simple photos and matting on best friends.
