Sorry to hear that Katherine Marie Helmond passed away on February 23rd. I loved her on Who’s the Boss.

Soap was the first show with adult type content my parents let me watch growing up, and I just loved her character. I quote her character from Overboard daily. About 20 minutes before I read she had passed I told DD "you don't shove the food down Shitaki's throat; you place it on her tongue. Don't they have dogs in Sweden?" while she was feeding our dogs pieces of her apple. She was a treasure. May she rest in peace.
