I see a lot of people on YouTube (those with beauty channels) and instagram wearing tops that are pretty low cut. They look great when the person is standing up straight, but it seems that when you would bend over it would show e everything, stomach included. I’m curious if people actually wear things like this irl? Is there a trick to not showing everything, or do you just not care? I always end up wearing cami’s under everything and I hate it in the summer and I would love another option if there is one.

I do not wear low cut shirts because I work with teens. It's just asking for trouble! I am VERY careful to dress in tops that don't gape and show the goods.

I don't wear really low cut, because......... No free peeks. If you want to see my boobs, you have to earn that privilege. I try to project a somewhat classy and cute image, and boobs hanging out doesn't not depict that. Containment by a full coverage bra, is a necessity for me to prevent sagging and bouncing. I am not one to have my undergarments on display while wearing them (unless I have a wayward bra strap that is not remaining in place under a tank top strap or sleeve).

It is all about getting something......money? likes?
There are all sorts of women/girls that show their body this way. My adult son told me how there are a number of videos out there where the woman/girls are supposedly giving a review for a video game or product but is half dressed/wet shirt/oops I dropped something and need to lean over/ etc.. He said it is porn for young teens. Their moms think they are just watching gaming how-to videos and if they look at their history quickly, that is all it looks like.

That’s not what I am referring to. I just posted some pics, so hopefully that helps. I think these women look great, I’m just not sure how to pull that off irl?

Do you bend over that much?
I don’t, so yes, I wear shirts like that. I actually have one that goes down to the gore of my bra, but it has lacing, so while it’s technically open, it’s not OPEN.

I would think that even sitting would cause problems, let alone bending over to get something or leaning down.

Yes, I always had to do the bend over test with any shirt before I purchased it. Lots of new teachers had to change up their wardrobes or wear something underneath. Not something you really think about before you get in the classroom.

I wear tunic length tank tops under a lot of shirts. If it won’t look good with the under tank, and I can’t pull it off without the tank, I just don’t buy the shirt. I’ve gotten pretty particular about my clothes as I age.

The first group of pics is Kate...I think she dresses cute and would never expect anyone to wear a cami under what she’s wearing in those pics.
There have been times I’ve worn a lower cut top and when I would bend down if someone was looking you could see so I try and watch how I bend (when I remember) when wearing those tops, but I’m not going to wear anything under a top to prevent someone from looking..especially in the summer when it’s hot. I don’t see the big deal..it’s just boobs.

Those don't seem particularly low-cut to me, but I'm not very chesty even after my reconstruction and implants. I could wear those no problem. If I had to bend over in that, I'd just kneel on one knee or gather the front with one hand. I wouldn't wear them to work but I work in scrubs. I'd definitely wear things like that around town. I own things like that.

But I still think that in most of the shirts linked above, it would be difficult NOT to show a lot, unless they were using tape or something. I have seen that, but never used it. Wasn't sure if people use that on a regular basis, or just wear the shirts and don't worry about what it shows. In addition to showing my chest, I wouldn't want my whole stomach to show if I leaned over in one of the shirts that are looser.

I don't tend to wear lower-cut shirts but I wear a cami every single day - I find that it gives a smoother look and ends up being more comfortable.
I will say, from seeing my DD18 try to find appropriate shirts, that being short-torsoed/well endowed makes it harder...to avoid showing more than desired.

I wear things cut that low and don’t do anything special. I also don’t find myself bending over in front of groups frequently. It’s never been a problem for me and I’m not flashing people regularly.

I have a hard time even finding a casual fashion tee that doesn’t gape at the neckline and/or go lower than I would want.

Most of my tops are low cut- a lot V-necks. I'm a 34D and don't teach anymore, so I honestly don't think that much about it. I like my clothes to be form fitting so they usually don't move that much to have anything falling out. I just like these types of tops better and if I happen to flash someone no biggie!

I think your struggle is in having a lot of cleavage. I don't in the type of bras I wear most often, so I don't think I'm really showing much. I have a couple padded push ups that might make those types of tops look a little more revealing, but I find them really uncomfortable and prefer my wireless bras

I was picturing a different version of "low cut". When you speak of low cut, I was envisioning some of the tops that I've seen the Kardashians wear. Low cut and sleezy. Boobs on the verge of popping out. More than 1/2 to 2/3 of a boob exposed.
With the exception of the tank with spaghetti straps(<< this I would consider right on the border because of the thin-ness of material), I don't consider the rest of those tops to be too low cut. I would wear tops like these.
I think what a top is paired with, makes a difference in the overall appearance as well.

A lot of those seem fine, like they wouldn't gape when you lean over.
The more sexy ones, like the camisole I assume you aren't wearing in a professional setting. So just wear a pretty bra and you are covered.

My friends and I would wear any of those tops (except the tank) and not consider them low cut. Also, fit is everything. Well fitting clothes make a big difference

I don't consider those tops low-cut at all and yes, I do wear shirts like that all the time in real life.
I'm a 36C, ITM.

I guess I don’t particularly care if someone sees the crease between my boobs? I mean.....I can bend my are and make the exact same thing between my forearm and bicept......lol

I know, it's just skin. As long as I've got a bra or fitted camisole on, I don't care if skin shows when I move around. I guess I don’t particularly care if someone sees the crease between my boobs? I mean.....I can bend my are and make the exact same thing between my forearm and bicept......lol

I always end up wearing cami's under everything Me too - I get so tired of it but most everything I buy is either too thin (see through) or too low cut for me. It seems that doesn't bother some people but it does bother me so I just wear camisoles. I have many of them.

I don't consider any of those tops low cut enough to cause a problem or to warrant wearing anything underneath. I think wearing a camisole underneath spoils the look and who gives a rats patootie if a bit of cleavage is showing?
