What are your favourite Christmas colours for scrapping/December Daily/Christmas mini albums?
I am so all over the place.. I LOVE silver and gold! And all things glittery! But I also really love apple green and white. Or red and white. Or a more homespun look, with burlap and birchbark, and maybe a bit of natural green cuttings. Or, there's the cuter and brighter pink and aqua and mint that's a fun sort of candy Christmas look.

Last year I know that I bought some Christmas pads that had not your typical holiday colors in them and I just love it. I think my favorite is the aqua blue with red and a apple green. I don't care for regular green and red.

Yes, traditional Christmas green and red aren't my thing either.. but I am not a very traditional person, so that is probably not a surprise!!

I just picked up a Xmas home décor magazine yesterday and the colors on the cover and throughout are like a pinkish red, aqua, and a light blue. It looks pretty nice and different. I also like the gold, silver, and glitter too! my blog: artfulscrapbooking.wordpress.com/2014/10/02/in-the-studio/

It's summer photos for my December albums so I like brighter colours and no snowflakes. I tend to choose summery reds and yellows with a little bit of green and plenty of white and gold.

White, blue and silver, which are probably more "winter" than "jul", but I have never liked red/green.

I'm all over the place too for my December Daily. A lot depends on what the theme for the page is. I don't even try to do the whole thing with one color scheme. I do only two page spreads for each day so I don't have to worry about facing pages clashing with each other. I have a HUGE stash for Christmas so it's usually not too hard to find something that will work for what I'm doing. I use bright/candy colors, traditional and victorian colors, blue/silver/white, whatever goes with the theme or activity of the day.

I sometimes like traditional colors, green, red and gold, but I also love aqua and red together.
And blue, let's not forget blue, but only certain shades of blue with silver. I love blue when it has anything to do with snow.

For me it's the vintage reds, greens, creams and browns.

Blue's my favorite color so I tend to lean more toward a color scheme that includes blue: i.e., white/silver/blue; apple green/pink/aqua. I LIKE red and green but they've been so overdone (by me, anyway). One of my LOs in my family Christmas album is purple and gold... It made a nice Christmas LO... I was just thinking that I probably wouldn't do a whole DD with that color scheme but then I thought, what about purple/gold/white? Shoot!!! And I already have my setup for this year's DD... I think I know what I may be doing for next year, though. Glad you started this thread!

Mine are silver, red, and black. All of my Christmas decorations follow this scheme too, haha. Drives my fiance crazy how neurotic I am about Christmas decorations...

Mine are your basic Christmas red and green with some gold. I have been adding a little bit of brown lately. The ornaments on my tree are all varied, but the red is most noticeable. My Christmas decor is not all one color scheme.
For my outside window wreaths, I used the traditional red and green for years, but the green color did not "pop" against the dark green on the wreath. My house is 2 acres from the road. So I went with the "Grinch green", now the wreath shows up well from the road.
I guess that is what others are calling apple green, I call it Grinch green because it is the color of the Grinch.

I do not create Christmas-specific albums (e.g. mini, DD), but include Christmas layouts in my ongoing album. Given our large cascading tree has an eclectic mix of ornaments in style (e.g. toddler-made, resin character, glass, crystal, porcelain) & colors, I typically use a simple, clean white/ecru & red color palette, sometimes accented with grey, silver, kraft, &/or chocolate brown.
