Hi I singed my eyelashes when I burned my head and ear. They aren’t totally short but they did not escape I unhurt either. How long will they take to grow back? They still need to fall out and then grow from the root. How long? Four months? Six?

According to a quick google search on burned eyelashes, if the hair follicle is intact, it will take about 6 weeks. If the follicle is damaged, they may never grow back. However, after having eyelash extensions regularly for about two years, it took about 4 months for my sparse eyelashes to grow back again and that was using eyelash serum every night. I imagine it’s different for everyone. BTW I hope your ear is healing well and it’s not hurting or irritating too much.

When I lost 1/3 of my lashes after having extensions, it took 3 months for them to be fully replaced.

A friend of mine once sneezed a giant sneeze while using an eyelash curler. Yanked out every dang lash on one eyelid. Ouch.
Took hers 3 months to grow back normal.

I pulled out half a row when my friend hit a pothole. What were you doing at the time?
