Is anyone, or their SO, a model car builder?
My SO was an avid builder as a teen and now at 54 has picked it up again as a relaxing/stress reducing hobby. His birthday is coming up and I’d like to get him some tools or gadgets to add to his kit.
Anything you might recommend?
Thanks!

Not sure if this will help you, but my Dad (who can repair about anything) said he always wanted to know how a radial engine worked. I found a model car on mechanicalgifts.com that is an entirely clear model, specifically to show how things work. I got this for my Dad's birthday and will give it to him next week. He's going to love it. But as far as a person who does the models for the models themselves, I can't really think of anything and fear it might be like someone giving a scrapbooker things that just don't "fit". I'd probably visit the local hobby shop and see what they recommend.
