It's been forever since I scrapbooked and I don't really need this for scrapbooking more to cut some cards with my cameo. Back when I scrapbooked I lived in Texas with access to THREE scrapbook stores plus Michaels and Hobby Lobby etc. Around here...I have Walmart and Joann's and Michaels each about an hours drive away. So is there anywhere online I can buy 12x12 cardstock in a value pack? (IE not by the sheet unless that's somehow cheaper)

What brand of paper are you looking for? I like American Crafts CS for my Cameo and buy packs from Amazon.

I'm just looking for solid cardstock in a rainbow of colors. Nothing special like I said it's for making cards.

try createforless.com Sometimes there will be two really close colors (like navy and midnight blue) and one will be really spendy and the other reasonable, I don't get that part, but their store brand paper is decent quality for the price.

Try Tuesday Morning. I have bought some great packs of 12x12 AC paper there for a couple bucks each. I also got a mixed pack of Bazzill in a rainbow of colors there for super cheap.

American Crafts makes 50 or 100 sheet packs. I'd try several online stores to check pricing. I picked up a couple here in MN at Crafts Direct.

Bulk packs are available at the craft box stores (online & brick/mortar) - Michaels, Joanns, ACMoore, Hobby Lobby. Local Tuesday Morning locations have Bazzill, Core'dinations, The Paper Studio, & a couple other brands (that I unfortunately don't recall since I wasn't familiar with them). HTH

Joann's has American Craft cardstock in a bunch of colors and sets. That is probably your best bet as far as price and quality are concerned. I think that their price is great, and usually they have free shipping when you spend a certain amount.

I've found packs of AC CS at Winners, Marshall's, HomeSense, and those type of discount department stores... It's not always in stock, but when I find them the price is great and I'll buy a couple packs...

If you are using it with your Cameo, be careful of some brands. They do not cut well. Hobby Lobby/Paper Studio is THE worst.
For cheap, but good cutting - I like the Colorbok from Walmart the best. It comes in 12x12 pads. Get the Textured cardstock. It is super good and very comparable to American Crafts. Just a little lighter weight, and it is white core. But it cuts perfectly and works really great for print/cut also.
And it is $5/pad for 30 12x12 sheets. Look in the scrapbook area. White is always hard to get as they sell out here a lot. It comes in tons of colors.

Walmart might have some. I just saw a REALLY big pack of solid 12x12 colored cardstock there (like 2 inches thick), and not very expensive ... maybe $14 or so.

When it comes to the Cameo, paper does matter. A lot. I bought a big pack (100? 200?) sheets from A Cherry On Top and it's very fiberous doesn't cut well n the Cameo. I do like it for wafer thin die cutting, as it's sort of "cushy" and embosses well.
I like American Crafts the best for the Cameo. The paper pack from Michael's cut well, but I think the 8 1/2 x 11 paper is thicker than the 12 x 12. The individual sheets that they sell work well, too.
Run away from the paper from Hobby Lobby under the Paper Studios brand. It is VERY thin and tears when you pull it off the Cameo cutting mat. And then it leaves a ton of fibers behind on the mat, which makes it impossible to reuse. I had to buy a new mat, as the fibers interrupt the Cameo blade. $15 to save a buck or two on paper.

I buy 25 packs of cardstock from Joann.com. Not the local Joann's store, but Joann online. I can get many colors of both Bazzill and American Crafts. Very good value in the 25 packs when they go on sale.

JoAnn's online on sale and All Scrapbook Steals (online) have good selections of paper and you can usually find a JoAnn's coupon for free shipping.

I've ordered from Oriental Trading Company several times. They usually have a good selection. Sometimes they even have Bazill.
