Because accurate information is empowering and reassuring I thought that I'd look up how Ebola is spread. Like many of you I've been following this outbreak on the news. I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, so I was VERY concerned when a man in Dallas was diagnosed. ETA: Apparently, I can't simply insert the video into this thread. If you will click on the yellow wording in the video box a new tab will open and the video will play. ETA: Hmmmm . . . that's so odd. I see the video box on computer. Nevertheless, here's the link.

I can't even see a box, just a big, empty white space. Maybe you can supply a link?

Thanks! That was good info. I think there are a lot of people worrying more than they need to.

That's what I was thinking. I asked someone in the health care field and she told me that it's spread very similarly to AIDS/HIV. Which means that the average American doesn't need to be concerned about contracting it.
What is so concerning about Ebola is how quickly one can die from the onset of symptoms.

This podcast has more information and presented much better than any of the info we've received from bits and pieces people have to search out, and certainly more than we've received from the Government agencies. This podcast is really good and these guys have an amazing research team behind all their "What You Should Know" podcasts. Podcast
