If so, what was your experience with them, please?
Update: I ordered Apr. 30, got my order May 6th. This was my first experience with them. Good prices, good service!

If so, what was your experience with them, please? It has been quite a while, but I used to order from them regularly (5 to 7 times a year) when I was really into Pergamano and Parchment paper crafting. They were wonderful as far as customer service. It was run by a really nice married couple. Since I was new to the craft, they were very helpful about answering how to, technical and product recommendations. I was always pleasantly surprised because the cost was much less than quoted because of the exchange rate and value of the Canadian dollar vs the US dollar. They filled the orders in Canada, but mailed to US customers from the US side of the border saving a fortune in shipping costs. Shipping time was pretty average. Anything on back order was shipped free when it came in stock. Never had any issues. Again, it has been a long time though, so I can't vouch for the past couple of years, but if I wanted something they had, I would not hesitate to try them again. Hope that helps!

I searched through my emails and the last time I ordered from Ecstasy Crafts was in October 2014. I ordered mini jingle bells that I couldn't find anywhere else. From looking at my emails I ordered a few times from Ecstasy Crafts in 2013 and 2014. I don't remember having any problems. As Missymarlin posted above, if I wanted something from their company I would order from them again. I just kind of skip around to different online stores.

I hadn’t heard of them until this post—so of course I went and looked. There were a couple things I wanted—an otter die and a hummingbird die that looks like stained glass. Along with those, I bought the stamp positioner since I’ve seen a lot of discussion about positioners. This one had a decent description of how to use it and why it’s useful, so I bought it. I guess I can let you know when it ships and when it arrives. I’m in Arizona.

I have ordered from them, as they are basically the only people in North America who still carry Pergamano, and my experiences with them were all very pleasant. They shipped quickly, they packed well, and the prices were right.

For those who had never heard of Ecstasy Crafts, neither had I. I found them while searching for something that was hard to find. They have it for the best price, so I will probably look through their site to see what else I want.
Based on the recommendations, I'm going to place an order there.
Edited to add: I placed my order this afternoon.

Also the last two years they have been at CHA

They had the elusive die that I wanted, and they were charging less than the other two places online that had it.
I would not hesitate to order again.

Next time we go to Ottawa (we road trip a couple times a year) I'm going to make the short side trip and check out their retail store! TFS

I would go visit in person if I could. The products are unique, she ships quickly, everything was packed well, and the stamps and dies are good quality. My favorite is that I got an otter die (mama and baby) and a stamp set with otter quotes like “to my otter half” and “have an otterly happy birthday.” Those are cute but my fave is “you must’ve mistaken me for someone who builds a dam!” Still cracks me up and I received it last week.
I’d definitely purchase again. I’m sort of in a freeze/slush kind of thing, but when I’m ready to go full force, it’s on my list of places to look for new and fun stuff.

I wish I could help. However, I've never ordered from them. It may help to read their reviews.
